Anyway, they covered the entire cost of a new pump and a new riser due to the fact that it hadn't been looked at in over 18 months. She made the pump like new again and we signed a new contract so it won't be like this again. At first I was upset because of what I saw as a lack of Communication, but she made it right and we hope they continue their great customer service, so we will be customers for life. I wish I could give one 5 star rating and one 2 star rating for the two separate experiences I have…read morehad with them. 1: I am new to owning a home with a septic tank so when the alarm went off for the first time I was kinda freaked out imagining our basement bathroom flooding with backed up sewage. I called and they advised to just wait out the alarm since it had been raining and pouring and more rain for days and days. They said the drainage field was probably saturated. Luckily it stopped raining the following day and the system was able to drain properly. They had suggested to use minimal water until the rain stopped and it should clear up. 5 stars for this one, I would have paid to have them come out and check the system but their free advice was right on. 2. Alarm going off again months later in August when it hadn't been raining at all. It was on for about 12 hours (and overnight when we weren't using any water) before I called, hoping it would just go away. They said someone would need to come out and look at everything to trouble shoot but no one was available for 12 days unless I wanted to pay the overtime rate (1 1/2 times normal) to have someone come out after 3:30pm. It seems a little shady to me that they can't get anyone out for 12 days unless I pay extra, I mean, I get it, if the technician works overtime they should get paid overtime but it just seems like a way to collect more money and feels like I am getting ripped off. Since I am not actually having them come out to do the work the 2 star rating would be based on the fact that they were nice on the phone giving them 2 stars but the whole wait 12 days or pay extra $$$ is just making me thing they are sketchy. I will update if I can't find another Septic Company to fix the problem and have to end up paying extra to get these people out sooner than the 12 days.

Had a really nice, lowkey experience on some furnace repairs from All 4 One. I debated between…read morewhich company to go with for too long before just calling them and getting on the books as my furnace was dripping a considerable amount of water heading into the winter. While it looks like they offer Request-a-Quote (score!) I ended up just calling them as I was out and about. They gave me a two hour window the very next day, then called before they showed up. The tech was the definition of efficient. Friendly enough, not much chit chat, just more or less there to look into things and get the job done. My only slight issue was just a few things that were lost in translation -- they had the address wrong, were not close on spelling my name right, and then the price. They told me they could fix the issue for $135 which I agreed to, then was a bit surprised when the bill was for $209 as the final bill included the parts & labor. No biggie and a very fair price for the tune up and replacement, just would've been nice to know the actual total. The total price did match up with my expectations, so no biggie, just worth noting as I feel like maybe they could automate their bookings/billing just a tad better. TL:DR; I appreciate how fast they were, how they diagnosed and fixed it, and the price point. I'd call them again if the need arises.
