I can't say enough good things about The Plumbing Pros and especially about Travis. We have an occasional leak in out basement, below our masterbath, that stains the overhead drop ceiling tiles. This has only happened twice in the last several months; don't know if it's related to our jacuzzi tub that's hardly ever used and right above the stains, or related to water that's somehow getting inside after a torrential rain. Travis had been out before and did a great job fixing another a minor plumbing problem so I asked for him again. He came out again today as scheduled and did see the dried water stain above the basement drop ceiling tiles and on the insulation overhead. He thoroughly checked all the plumbing and water lines overhead that were accessible and determined they were dry. Even though he couldn't replicate the leak or locate the cause, he did suggest a novel and unique way to identify what's causing it. While here Travis also fixed the upstairs bathtub spout in the upstairs bathroom without me having to replace the entire spout, and fixed a leaky outdoor faucet by simply tightening it. He saved me money today. I highly recommend The Plumbing Pros for all your plumbing needs. I especially recommend Travis. One star because Zero stars was not an option. I had someone out 11-2 to clean the main drain. It bubbled up a little since the day the guy did his work. The last time (a year ago) I was told there was a 30 day warranty so I didn't even get out my paperwork to call until the month was over. This time THE RUDEST WOMAN I HAVE EVER SPOKEN TO was bilge rant and hateful towards me. Yes, I signed a no-warranty price but was never told of another option and signed the agreement based on my past experience. I'm not sure what has changed in a year but DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE! DAY 1 IT WASN'T EVEN FIXED TO ANY KIND OF STANDARDS. I guess I should have wondered why I had to have the same work done just 1 year later. It must not have been done right the first time. I contacted The Plumbing Pro to get a second opinion/estimate on replacing the main sewer line that another company told me needed to be replaced due to many cracks, bellies etc. While talking to Travis about what they found he was asking details that I didn't have. It came to the point that the only way to 100% figure out what was wrong is to run the camera down the line. I did pay the first company to do so but when I asked them for a copy of the video they couldn't provide it due to computer issues and had already deleted the video. So I had Travis run the camera down the line and found that there were in fact NO cracks or other issues. Thanks to Travis at The Plumbing Pro I am not digging up the 42 feet of perfectly fine plumbing in my basement and spending thousands of dollars. I can't thank you enough!! read more

Do yourself a favor and call this company first. I had been waiting for a return call from another plumber and on the fourth day, when I still hadn't received a call back, I called The Plumbing Pro. My call was answered immediately by Monica, who was very friendly and efficient. They were able to get someone to our home within 1 hour of that first call. Travis looked at the new vanity we wanted installed, figured out what he needed to properly get it done, and came back the following morning to complete the work. He did a fantastic job with an unusual vanity that required some ingenuity to install. He was very knowledgeable and great to work with. Terry & Danny are terrific! Our hot water heater was out the morning of a snow storm, and Terry made it out anyway. We'd had a few known but unattended to issues related to the water in the house since construction, and Terry spotted them and offered solutions - twice. He patiently explained everything to me, then explained it all again when my mother arrived home. He wanted us to sleep on it before making any decisions about the work. We've been using the plumbing pro since buying our house last year and they've done a great job on every service they've completed for us. Most recently, we discovered that part of our sewer mainline would need to be replaced due to extensive damage from tree roots near our property and the plumbing pro was willing to work us into their schedule despite a lot of rain delays! They even managed to fit us in right after the rain let up so that we wouldn't have to go another week unable to use the plumbing at our house. Scott came out to our house to bid on some gas pipe repairs/replacement. He was professional and genuinely concerned. After measuring how much piping needed to be repaired and/or replaced, he provided us with two different solutions. At the end of the day, we chose to move forward with his bid. Not only was he cheaper than the others, he'd be able to get the job done in a more timely manner. Also, his bid included getting a permit and having the city inspector approve the completed work before he finished up the project. This would have been an additional $700-800 with the competition. Have used them 3 times. A drain leak, a pipe leak and most recently a stopped up main drain line. When I called about the drain I was told they had someone in the area just finishing up and would get to me next.
