We had massive backup in basement (Roto rooter cleared the pipe as they were first available but we have Homeserve insurance which we made a claim on). Understandably, Homeserve requires their contracted plumber to video the line for a claim, so they sent out K Jett which we had to pay for since we didn't have a current blockage. K Jett said it was "clear" despite obvious huge roots intruding the sewer as seen on their video but HomeServe will not fix our line as the K Jett report says "line flowing" and "clean" with a "crack but no leak". This company is obviously incentivized by HomeServe to do the bare minimum. Don't expect anything from them. I would recommend finding someone else. read more

Serviceline Warranties of America/HomeServe (SLWA) refers this company to check sewer lines complaints. SLWA pays B& L Plumbing to dishonestly tell customers that they do not need sewer line replacement. SWLA is a fraudulent home service company who collects annual premiums from customers for protection against costly sewer line replacement. After I paid 13 years of premium, SLWA refused to replace sewer line. read more

I called K-jet on my plumber's recommendation. they came out and cleared a blocked drain in the master bath. The stated they saw no other issues and said the drain should be good. three weeks later the drain is again blocked and they will not stand by their work. Very dissatisfied that they won't warranty their work for even 30 days. read more

I had a broken sewer line, and my sewer-line warranty company sent out K Jett to assess the problem. The K Jett tech told me he couldn't recommend the warranty company fix it, but offered to give me a bid for the job. I said, "Sure, I have to fix it whether or not the warranty will cover it." K Jett said they'd have to charge me $150 to assess the problem. Wait a minute... you can assess the problem for the warranty company, but you don't have enough information to write a bid for me? You've already been paid by the warranty company to look at the sewer line! K Jett, I hope working with the warranty companies is good business, because it doesn't seem honest to me. Midwest Water & Sewer will scope your line and write a bid for free. read more

We have used K Jett services for about 7 years now and they have always been very responsive to my request for service. Their technicians are always extremely polite and when they are here they are very respectful of my home. We own a small business and appreciate it when a company looks out for their customers before the money comes into play. They do the right thing and are always upfront with us as to the problem and the method to fix it. I highly recommend this company. read more

My warranty company sent KJett to diagnose why my main drain was backing up after excess water usage. They were great and very helpful however the warrant company denied by claim because I have a belly in my yard that kept standing water 100% of the time. KJett still jetted the line and basically stated my problem will come back as time goes on and the more water usage will slowly rise back into the house. I was told to call the warranty company when it happens. The only issue I had with KJett is when they dug the hole in the yard they failed to put down a tarp and left a huge dirt mess about 3x the size of the hole they dug killing all of my grass. read more

Very good people and great service. My water supply line burst. They responded quickly when they were called for service and came the next day to evaluate the issue. Within a day they were there to fix it. They took time to explain things to me about the process. Took care not to tear up more than they had to. overcharges when price was confirmed with main office, lies about making numerous trips to the restaurant, blames us for no payment when cash was offered or a check after the service was completed. I have been a customer for over 8 years without any late payments and after one payment is late because they overcharged us, they are hesitant to provide services. I am upset from the demeanor they give that we are refusing to pay and will never be making calls again. read more

I contacted my warranty company and K Jett is one of their contractors. They showed up 4 hours after we called our warranty company and they did the bare minimum to help fixing our plumbing issues. We told them that the upstairs bath & toilet were clogged a long with the downstairs shower & toilet and all they did was go out side and fix that problem out there but not double check the upstairs or clean up the mess downstairs in the shower. Our warranty company said they were suppose to clean up any mess that there was. They cleaned up nothing, asked for me to sign the paperwork that they turn in to my warranty provider and they left. I am very disappointed in the service provided and when I have another issue I will make sure they do not come to my house again. I have a feeling I will be calling my warranty provider to have someone else come out again. I don't recommend them to come to anyone's home. read more
