So they worked on getting it "free" to no avail but sure did charge me almost double the price for nothing. The next job I was charged twice what they usually charge to open a main line. A call to one of the Big Boys might be better than Sharp. At least you know they are going to try to shaft you. Will never use Sharp Plumbing again! Update: The owner called me a couple of weeks ago and admitted they overcharged me and promised a partial refund. No refund has never showed up. Higgins Sewer & Drain Cleaning was the ONLY company that was will to come in an look at the issue and fix the problem. The big guys either didn't want to mess with the problem or immediately pointed the finger at the wastewater company and said that I'd probably have to dig up my sewer line since my property was older. The technician came out and cleaned out 4 large bunches of tree roots and the water immediately started draining. They came back a couple of days later to camera my sewer stack and sewer line and delivered great news that I had no other issues. I was also extremely pleased with the reasonable price they charged for their services. I will definitely use this business again when needed and for preventive measures.
