The roof vents were drawing air from unventilated space. So in the end it was just moving warm air around, not actually pushing it out and replacing it with cooler air. Furthermore, trash from the vents was left behind the walls of our attic and a large access hole was not patched up. I feel duped by CNC Electric. Insulation was the way to go all along, but that wouldn't have made them any money.
