He discussed over the phone what he believed the issue was and explained the jargon so I could easily understand. He was able to come out next day to complete the repair on what turned out to be just the grounding outlet in my master bathroom. When he showed up he was punctual, friendly, and timely with the work he did. He was clean and respectful of my home (he brought booties to put on his shoes inside my house!) and his pricing was extremely reasonable for the work done. Thank you Steve for being more than a service man, but a good gentleman who takes pride and care in his work and customers!
