The plumber left without even giving us a chance to look at the work. Kring's refused to pay to have the damage repaired and is suggesting that we're obligated to pay for undelivered goods. This is an absolutely terrible deal. Our house is damaged and bathroom unusable. If you want to roll the dice on your roof literally collapsing due to negligence, maybe Kring's is for you.

Have had one small problem, several months later, that was corrected the day after I reported it, at no charge. He also contracted two bathroom total remodels, taking care of every aspect of demolition, tile installation, vanity, fixtures, drywall, and plumbing. He will refer you to supply houses that are all in the Lenexa area to select your materials. He'll take it from there. As any remodel of an older house, we ran into several issues along the way. All were presented to me, with options to get around that hurdle. I have been more than happy with the way all work looks and functions. I got an expensive looking spa-like bathroom for a price you can deal with. All workers were careful to lay floor protection where they tracked and left your home as clean as possible each day upon leaving. Apex Flooring came to my house and too quickly did my tile work. He put down baseboards that were…read morenot painted, only primed. I had to paint them myself, so they would continue to wear for the life of the tile. When I asked them to come back to my house to fix somethings I saw after he left, he wanted gas money. He put up the baseboards with a nail gum and did not caulk the holes. The corner round he put up, he did not caulk. I asked him aren't you going to caulk, but he said the the paint would fill the holes. I had to caulk! I felt like my job was not important to him and he had to much work at other places to properly finish my job. The tile was done well, but all and all I feel he didn't do the small finish work right. Which can make a room complete .
