We came back TWO days later to exchange it, only to be told that we couldn't complete the exchange because apparently a manager only comes in on Mondays to process refunds or exchanges. I'm not sure what kind of operation is being run here, but that is absolutely unacceptable customer service. If you're going to sell products, you should have a process in place to handle defective merchandise when customers return it. The value here is not good, and based on this experience, I would avoid this place at all costs. I'll be taking this up with my credit card company as well. only giving a 1 star review because we have to Front staff Member Corry is really incompetent and by default so is the manager

Draft events are my jam, and they run good ones here with friendly (and well-bathed!!) players. They've got a bunch of packs from old sets too, so if you're building a commander deck they can totally help you out. If you're looking to trade or sell cards you'll get fair value for them, especially if you go in for store credit to use on future purchases. ps. they also do a bunch of warhammer, see photo!
