The two hour class was informative and immensely helpful, including both didactic and hands on approaches. We reviewed the basics, spent some time learning to steam the perfect textured milk, and each had at least two attempts to practice the heart shaped art. Despite having several different cold brew-based drinks on their menu, they actually have cold brew coffee only about 50-60% of the time. Yemeni coffee drinks are good and there isn't another shop close by that offers them. All in all, could be great, but the lack of consistency means they'll always be a second or third choice when there are other coffee shops in town that pretty much always hit the mark.
