Second, they ended up towing my car first (Chapa rep's words, not mine), and in doing so wenched my vehicle into a nearby tree, causing significant damage while loading it into the back of the truck. Despite overwhelming evidence (e.g. damage to the tree with paint marks matching that of my car on a thick branch about 8-9 feet up) They immediately denied any wrong doing, and only shared photos of the aftermath claiming "it was like that when I got here" and no proof of the condition of the car before it was loaded, even though the same rep went back on his words and claimed that they "always" take pictures before they load it onto the bed. He was rude and I could tell he was lying with how fluid is story was, and contained contradictory logic. Basically call anyone else for tow service, because this company provides terrible service, is dishonest, and clearly none of their employees value integrity.

So I did take one star for that because that's what most people will be dealing with initially. But this score will still bump them up as they deserve! We really got to see what they were made of, and how they try to be good people. We had a whole big ordeal project with these guys that unexpectedly got out of hand and it was not their fault. It lasted for weeks while we battled the powers that be! Messes with insurance and life issues and a car accident meant that this project became a lot more than a single Towing incident. Once I got to the owner or Mgr, he was incredibly helpful, courteous, friendly, generous, and totally worked with our crazy situation. He was so understanding. He took time out of his day several times to help us with things. I really wanted to make sure to get on here and get him an elite review because there weren't very many reviews and one bad one brought them way down below 3 stars, but I'm telling you the owners of this company are wonderful people and I really hope to send them some business in the future. The owner did not recognize her truck and therefore called the police to have it towed. Her doorbell camera recorded the tow so she was able to clearly see the name of the company logo on the tow truck. Within a time span of 2-3 hours she called the company and asked if they were the ones who towed her truck. They either replied with "I don't think so." or "No.". Personally, I find both answers unacceptable. Speculating the reason for that answer is not fair, however, the company's professionalism was seriously lacking regardless. When she explained that she could see her truck being towed on a camera she was then told that they did, in fact, tow her truck. She told them she was leaving now to pick it up. We arrived shortly afterwards to acquire her truck and were told the office was empty and we would have to wait. Albeit the wait was not long, she would have appreciated having the knowledge about the possibility of having to wait. When she paid $300.00 for the tow (2.4 miles from her home and less than 5 hours on tow company's property) the owner (who, by the way, called her after my original review was posted) graciously waived the $20.00 storage fee. When this man called, he asked her to tell me to remove the negative review as it would hurt his business. He also replied to me personally through YELP and called me a liar. The driver had flashed his headlights in the rear view mirror. After passing me the vehicle flashed their emergency yellow and white bar lights a few times. I tried to catch up to get license plate and see logo on car door and the driver punched it. I got next to the vehicle because it was boxed in. That is when I saw S&S Roadside Assistance with another AAA logo. I called AAA to let them know I don't think they want this driver representing them. He was ready and available to meet me at my destination within 30 minutes, I was the one that had to set the appointment for later in the day, we set the appointment for 3 pm. The most on time tow company I have ever worked with, showed up at 3 on the dot! The car was in a garage with a flat tire, he aired the tire up for me and helped push it out the garage! He made sure to take extra care of the driveway, car and all on both pick up and drop off of the car. The entire drive to the destination you could see him continually checking the car to make sure everything was correct and wouldn't damage the car. There was a 15 mile drive to the destination (30 mins) and the whole process took an hour including the drive. He works fast but incredibly safe!! I couldn't recommend this company more!!!!
