Vehicle repair is listed on the website saying if they can't fix a car on the spot, they will tow it where it can be repaired which I'm assuming is Nick's repair shop. STAY AWAY! Then I hear nothing for another 3 hours until their dispatch calls and says it's too difficult to reach me (on a snow covered municipal street). I explained to him that the driver should follow directions I provided that route him through my subdivision to avoid the snow covered road. I hear nothing more for another hour. Long story short, I broke down at 10:45AM yesterday morning and at 10:00PM last night and never ended up picking up my vehicle, not to mention the dispatcher I spoke to at 8:30PM was rude, at 10PM I called to check on the status of the driver and they wouldn't answer the phone. I had to have my 15yr old daughter help me drag it home as I was concerned with the thought of someone stealing the vehicle if I left it sit there overnight. My vehicle is a highly sought after a collectible valuable vehicle worth close to $30K and they had me leave the keys inside it. Save yourself the headache and stress and go elsewhere. These people shouldn't be in business...
