I was in the Thornton area from out of town when the unthinkable happened, my car decided to give out on me. With no friends or family in the area coupled with my lack of mechanical knowledge, I looked up the closest tow company in a panicked rush. A kind man answered, assured me they would be there as soon as possible, and advised me to make sure I was in a safe spot until their driver arrived. I expected to wait quite a while since I had in prior emergency situations, but to my surprise, and delight, Dale with Thornton Towing arrived in under 10 minutes! He explained everything to me including my options, gave me some local mechanic recommendations, gave me a ride to a car rental place and at the end, handed me a business card with his cell number on it and told me to call anytime day or night if I needed anything. There were no hidden fees, no scams to try to keep my car longer than necessary to make an extra buck and overall it was a great company with excellent customer service. my "new" car is pretty old and, well, we never want nor imagine we'll end up needing towing help but it happens as much as it sucks. been there way more times than I'd like, trust me... so it definitely helps when the experience is not as traumatic. I was close to Thornton so I called Thornton Towing as it popped up on my seacrh and honestly... Thornton towing is by far one of the best in the Denver Metro! quick, courteous and even arrived earlier than i was quoted. Engine in my car blew up on 270 and i was stranded with my child. i called and they said it would be at least 45 minutes. The driver Dale was therein 29 minutes (yes i started a timer) he was quick and very good with kids. definitely recommend them read more
