I freaked out at first, then remembered that I also had an i-Pad and could either text or use Face Book Messenger/ Face Book; to alert family/friends that I would not be available as my i-Phone was frozen. I had also canceled our family land line at our house so this i-Phone was the ONLY phone I had. Apparently my i-Phone was caught in a "loop" and the total amount I had to pay was only $56.35. They were very professional, helpful and understanding of my anxiety about my i-Phone 14. This is the only place I will bring my Apple devices (i-Phone 14 and i-Pad) They are an Apple Authorized Repair Center. Thanks So Much Alpha!
