I've waited a few months to post this review because I've experienced services that turn out to be of short-term benefit - but not in this case! My computer still starts up immediately and runs well. I'm truly delighted! I also asked him about repairs on my husband's elderly desktop computer. He could have made a few bucks on the repair and we'd have been happy to pay it, but he was completely upfront in explaining that it wasn't worth our while to pay for hardware repairs on a unit whose life expectancy is limited because it can't handle a software upgrade. So he's not only skilled and efficient - he's also ethical, AND a straight down nice guy to deal with.
