I was told that this was because the holiday season had been very busy and they hadn't had anyone in service to do this between Christmas and New Year's, but that someone would be in touch and would come to me to program a second key; I am about an hour and a half's drive from this dealership, which they knew at this time. Nobody ever got in touch. I have spent the past four months reaching out again and again, first to my sales associate, then to his manager, and now to the GM. Every time I am either ignored, ghosted, or given the runaround. I have spoken to my local Ford dealership, and it would cost me close to $750 to get a new key programmed myself. Parkway Ford refuses to either send someone to do this, as promised, or to refund me the cost or having this done myself. I do NOT recommend purchasing from this dealership.

They never cleaned my Ram when it was bought and they had 2 more chances to fix it and nothing. They had to repaint my bumper 2 times and it rusted after 1.5 weeks. Not years weeks. Then Andrew wanted me to deal with the painters. They were Jamaican weed smoking loser that aren't even set up to paint properly. Cheap is what they do to make money and scam others. Never again.

Car blew ECU. Had it towed to a Canadian Tire in Waterloo. They diagnosed the issue in about 15…read moreminutes. Swapped an ECU in from another car that was in shop at the time to verify. Started and ran perfectly. They thought maybe a Chrysler dealer could fix the ECU. They towed it to Bustard free of charge. Told Bustard exactly what the problem was. They went and did a compression test, telling me all cylinders were at 8psi or less. If this was true, the car would not run at all. They took me back into the shop and redid the test in front of me. All cylinders exactly as they claimed. I paid for a new ECU, but not the $2500 they wanted for a complete valve job. I towed it back to Canadian Tire, as I had a terrible suspicion of tampering. The CT Master Tech spent 3 hours trying to figure it out. Eventually coming to the same conclusion of tampering. He ended up taking off valve cover and spark plugs. Hoping any chemical additive would evaporate, even with a fine mesh cover overtop to ensure nothing could get into the engine. Morning came around, car wouldn't start after reinstallation of parts. They sprayed some ether into the cylinders, and it started. It barely ran for a minute or so, and then started smoothing out. After 5 minutes it was idling perfectly. Compression test done again - all cylinders completely within OEM spec. Bustard intentionally messed with my car in hopes of pocketing a bunch of money. Shame on them.

A week later we noticed a very small leak in the transmission line. Jeff didn't hesitate to have us bring it back in. He gave us a loner for the weekend and replaced the leaky line for free. He even replaced the fittings at each end of the line which he said were looking a little rusty but didn't charge us. Haven't found many (or any) car mechanics, let-alone car salesmen, who would match Jeff's honesty and integrity. He and the shop are stand up guys and would highly recommend them for repairs or for a used car purchase. Thanks guys.

Long story short, this "car dealership" sold my girlfriend a car that ended up having a faulty Bluetooth device, which was causing a battery drain. We were not happy with their service, and put a negative review online. Eventually, they ended up reluctantly offering to help cover some of the charges accumulated after multiple mechanics looking at the car. Weeks later, the Most Wanted Owners said they would not help out with repair costs until I took down my original Google review, proceeding the have us sign a contract stating that we would not speak about the situation and that my girlfriend took responsibility for the issues with the car. What a poorly managed business..... I would not recommend, especially for first time buyers! PLEASE take the time to view the honest one star reviews for this place before buying, listen to these reviewers stories, it could save you lots of money and time.
