If I could put zero stars I would. I don't write many negative reviews but trust me and DO NOT buy…read moreanything from Parkway Ford. My wife and I bought an SUV for my daughter in April. We were told there were two keys by the sales rep Omar. After weeks of being told the second key was "in transit" from another dealership we were promised a second key. After some back and forth Omar stopped responding to my wife. We called the dealership and both Omar and the manager refused to call us back. I attended in person and the manager again refused to see me. The customer service rep apologized and told me the key would be ready next day or early the next week. After no call I attended and was told that I would need to make an appointment to have a key made and it would only take an hour. Needless to say Im already two and a half hours in and am still waiting for the key! It's the end of July. Do yourself a favour and buy a car somewhere else. These people lie and aren't even good at it. The goal is to frustrate you until you give up and they save $150 making you a new key. Absolutely the WORST customer service I've ever experienced.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!!!…read more We drove for 2.5 hours each way to this "car dealership" only to return with no car. Imagine, getting insurance prepared, plates, and cash to only realize that a "car dealership" didn't FEEL like selling you a car? Oh yes that's right. We got completely screwed. So here's a background about this place. You walk in listening to RAP MUSIC in the background, yes RAP MUSIC (RIDIN' DIRTY!) and you get a bunch of fake smiles and fake laughs from these fake people surrounding you. Of course none aimed at us for some reason. Strange, because we were the only ones who can afford to buy any car in CASH and not lease or finance. Discrimination? Perhaps. Ignorance for cash deals, maybe? More like they stood to make only a few dollars with a cash deal rather than making an extra perfect per month on a lease/finance everyone gets. Ahhhhh yes, that's it. Or is it... We got in the truck, drove it around the parking lot. Simple truck worth 10k. Realized there were a few things wrong. For some reason our salesperson (NIK) ---COMPLETELY USELESS---decided to LIE and say that he had no idea about anything about the truck. We agreed that it was ok and since we had everything prepared we decided to go ahead and make an offer. We offered almost close to asking and he came out smiling saying that the offer was approved! Wonderful! Well no, not wonderful. When he proceeded to ask about plates and insurance I said it's all done. He asked for an email of insurance. I sent it over. HE THEN COMES OUT TO SAY WE CAN'T HAVE THE TRUCK BECAUSE IT'S IN THEIR NAME AND THEY HAVE TO CHANGE IT TO OURS...... I never heard of this! Usually you buy a vehicle and once you pay you simply get the permit and get the safety done if it hasn't been already then pay taxes and the car is yours!! I don't know what scam is going on at this place but it's one of the most uncomfortable and horrible places I've ever been in my life and these idiots wasted 5 hours of our valuable time. These guys have no idea I personally have over $130K in my bank account and if I feel I can buy a Maserati in cash..... losers. Anyhow we have just purchased a GORGEOUS truck from a FANTASTIC dealer (AUTONOVA) in QUEBEC who had no problem completing the whole order via transfer and shipping the truck over to us. No, we don't do monthly payments. Been there done that. Ever since I bought my H3 20 odd years ago for 34K CASH my investment has paved the way for a very easy life paying for cars and insurance each year in cash. I hope you all get shut down honestly. I also hope that anyone who needs a car go ANYWHERE else because these guys are strange, fake, and rude. And Nik, I'm sorry that you're an old man stuck inside that pathetic office all day and everyone else same to you. You should have retired a long time ago! You've lived a fake life! So you know, I don't have to work. Enjoy!!!

They never cleaned my Ram when it was bought and they had 2 more chances to fix it and nothing. They had to repaint my bumper 2 times and it rusted after 1.5 weeks. Not years weeks. Then Andrew wanted me to deal with the painters. They were Jamaican weed smoking loser that aren't even set up to paint properly. Cheap is what they do to make money and scam others. Never again.

Started and ran perfectly. They thought maybe a Chrysler dealer could fix the ECU. They towed it to Bustard free of charge. Told Bustard exactly what the problem was. They went and did a compression test, telling me all cylinders were at 8psi or less. If this was true, the car would not run at all. They took me back into the shop and redid the test in front of me. All cylinders exactly as they claimed. I paid for a new ECU, but not the $2500 they wanted for a complete valve job. I towed it back to Canadian Tire, as I had a terrible suspicion of tampering. The CT Master Tech spent 3 hours trying to figure it out. Eventually coming to the same conclusion of tampering. He ended up taking off valve cover and spark plugs. Hoping any chemical additive would evaporate, even with a fine mesh cover overtop to ensure nothing could get into the engine. Morning came around, car wouldn't start after reinstallation of parts. They sprayed some ether into the cylinders, and it started. It barely ran for a minute or so, and then started smoothing out. After 5 minutes it was idling perfectly. Compression test done again - all cylinders completely within OEM spec. Bustard intentionally messed with my car in hopes of pocketing a bunch of money. Shame on them.
