I personally think it would be best to place stores selling similar items in the same area so it's easier to look through all the options. I love the idea/concept of Improve Canada but it definitely needs a better strategy in making the overall customer experience more friendly and less complicated. Would I return? Probably not. I still contacted with the company just to ask them if they could check if they sent the item. They checked and confirmed that it was sent. But surprisingly they sent me a replacement free of charge as a compliment. The customer service by BHARATI was very timely, effective, courteous and responsive. She called me and sent emails enough times about this ticket and for other purchases I placed later and a couple delivery problems. I don't know about the products' quality or durability as they are still not installed but I am very confident if I have further problems the company will stand by their products.
