HomeSense stores have brand name merchandise for any room in your home including art, furniture, lighting and rugs. The consumer target market is drop-in customers as you can't shop on-line (...which is currently the case). On any given week they can stock a product you may never see stocked again. Other HomeSense stores may not have the same product on hand. If you like it, then I suggest you buy as you can always return it if you change your mind. Staff are helpful and checkouts are fairly quick.

I wanted to return a single item that was purchased at different location just half hour prior and it was as though she didn't believe me or didn't understand, all the while starring at the receipt! Second employee could've cared less to take accountability over misplaced and mismarked items that I brought to her attention. Her dismissive response "yeah, yeah everything has a label so..." rubbed me wrong way! If the item were at all visible and not buried under other products I would've gladly gotten it myself and not ask her to help me dig for it. Both came damaged and with many imperfections. Luckily the staff returned the items no problem and apologized. However that does not compensate for our time and energy wasted over 2/3 weeks waiting for these items to arrive and the gas we used to go to the store or order and again to return the items. Also, they don't have all items on display in each location making it a huge gamble to order anything online without seeing the sizing and functionality in person. As you can see from the photos, these items are straight out of the box and already damaged.
