How could I NOT go into this store!? Looks-wise it's just like the standard HomeGoods we're used to in the States... except its bigger and better. And really roomy. Sometimes these types of stores are so packed you can barely move around - not this location. Set in a lower level/basement like space it felt modern and comfortable. Walking in - I instantly wished I had brought an extra duffle bag. Between the aisles of pillows, the kitchen/dining section, and the picture frames - I was in heaven. Fortunately for Hubs they also have tons of furniture, so he was able to find a {super cute} chair up front to relax in while I wandered. B/c my luggage could not accommodate all that I had seen I settled on a really beautiful picture frame to commemorate our visit to Toronto. Check out was super easy - seeing as how they had several cashiers available. And my frame, after $$ conversion was only $7. Yay for HomeSense!

Also helped me to see if I can find some cushions the patio bench seat. Service was excellent for Toronto retail. I didn't catch her name but she helped me get an estimate for what the delivery fee would be and I had the option to take 2 chairs home and come pick up the rest another day. Part 2 of my pick up, she recognized me and helped me take the dining table out of its box so I can fit it in my car and carry it out easier. She carried all the way outside of the store. She's petite and I wasn't expecting her to help me right out the door and she did! I can't say the same happens at other stores even if it's someone taller stronger, they may not help carry out something so willingly. Thanks for the great shopping experience!

During my move, I worked close to their old location on Ossington, and drew so much inspiration from their aesthetic during my lunch breaks. I bought everything from mirrors to picture frames to dishes to adorable trinkets to bath towels. I even painted my new bedroom the exact same Benjamin Moore green that they had in their storefront window. The space of their newer location on Dundas is wonderful (aka much more room for cute things). Highly recommend. Everyone is always friendly and helpful as well.

This one is located in Heartland Centre, which can get pretty hectic, depending on when you go. I went on a Sunday afternoon, which wasn't bad. I got a parking spot fairly close to the store. For a while, I have been looking for a funnel. I have a number of water bottles that have a narrow opening. I like to load hot tea and iced tea in these bottles that keep their temperature for many hours (12 hours for hot and 24 hours for cold beverages). One of the staff there asked me if I needed any help. He found them a few steps away from where I was. I was so close to the funnels! I thanked him for the help. I got three silicone, colourful funnels for $6. If you subscribe to the store's mailing list, you get even more discounts and exclusive offers. I love this store. It's clean and bright. However under current covid lockdowns I had to buy my picture frames site unseen just from there website and then pick them up curbside at the store. There website was easy to navigate and easy to purchase the frames I was looking for with great detail descriptions of items and with option pictures of items with zoom so you can really see what your buying. Overall the transaction online was smooth easy and quick dummy proof and 20 minutes after my purchase online I received an email stating my item was ready for curbside pick up.. After arriving at store I called number on email and they brought out my items in 2 minutes great service went smooth with no glitches I recomend this location.

However, the showroom and some of the furniture pieces are breathtaking. This store has some unique luxury pieces. I like their huge selection of patio furniture and you'll see their set up of large umbrellas and gazebos. Great to actually see something IRL already set up. Not much sales in their patio section right now though we suspect that may change come a month from now. Understandably higher prices since there are many tags claiming "Made in Canada", and the sales rep told us the couches we were looking at are Made in Sweden. We didn't expect to buy anything there, but now we're seriously considering this couch we saw since a couch is something we're thinking of investing in. I love that when you walk in no sales rep follows you around. They allow you to explore the store and only come to assist you if you ask. It's not high pressure, a very relaxed atmosphere. The sales rep we spoke with was also helpful letting us know options of the couch and answering all questions. Letting us know we can choose an easy care fabric for maintenance. Sofas start from ~$2000-3000 and can increase to $7000+ depending on your customized material. Shipping is $300~. Note you may experience sticker shock on some pieces, like the knitted patio one-seater for ~$7000. I will seriously fail if I'm ever on Price is Right for furniture.
