They threw in a couple cushions in my chosen colours/fabric. The owner/staff were friendly and pleasant. Most of all, it was most affordable without looking cheap, in fact, it's perfect for me and my short legs, ha! and the seat is not too deep so my back is well supported. My suggestion? Take the time to sit on every piece of furniture they have and you'd be certain to find the perfect item, I did!!!!

This was the second time that I purchased window coverings from Home Depot. I had new windows and needed new window coverings. I had purchased my first set of window coverings from Home Depot and was very pleased with the service, so I chose to go back to the Home Depot. I remembered how helpful the window covering salesperson was the first time, how attentive he was to the kind of window coverings I wanted, so I tried to see him again and was lucky! I met him again and he was his usual friendly and helpful self. And I am happy with my window coverings. Thanks Home Depot!

Sleep Country Canada of Mississauga on Argentia Road delivered my new mattress and boxspring, but…read morethe salesperson "Kamal"neglected to tell us about a $10.00 old mattress removal fee (should it not be free if they are giving the old mattress to charity anyway?). The two Neanderthal mattress mover dudes simply put the mattress and boxspring in the building hallway stating they had no room on the truck for it! Then left feeling entirely unbothered. I called the SCC Sauga location and "Kamal" was not there and "Richard" the poor excuse of a sales agent who answered also didn't give a crap. Then I called "Diane"at the SCC the customer "helpline". She seemed helpful, but her help was to "try to arrange something" the following day. So I took matters into my own hands and put the displaced bed items on Craigslist as free to the first people to come pick them up. They found a new home 5 hours later! Problem solved no help from Sleep Country Canada. Oh and that Diane chick never did call back either. Lesson learned Toronto and the GTA, now you know what to do if you get a mattress from this well complained about institution. Just do a Google search.

We received our first delivery this week and were very disappointed. The sofa that was delivered…read morewas another customer's returned damaged item. There was a cut on one of the arm rest as if someone used an exacto knife. When the delivery man opened up the wrapping he pointed it out to us right away. What was worse was when I found a return form from the original customer on the sofa cushion. It noted that the customer returned it back in February because there was a rip on the arm rest. I called Urban Barn customer service support immediately and was told to send in photos. The CSR did contact me back after a few hours offering a 10% refund and a new sofa will be delivered to the warehouse the following week. When we originally purchased the sofa, the sales rep stated the bed frame would be delivered at the same time. When the delivery men came they said the bed frame wasn't at the warehouse. I found out through the CSR that it wasn't ready and it's estimated delivery time would be next week. In the future I'll spend my hard earned money somewhere else.

I think the prices here are very fair with beautiful, modern furniture pieces that can make any home look elevated. The store itself was quite large and beautifully furnished. It was very quiet in there when I walked in, I was the only customer taking a browse, so it felt a little eerie at times. I didn't see a lot of staff around, and even when I did, none of the staff acknowledge my existence. Odd behaviour since there was absolutely no one in the store. Regardless though, I still really enjoy their pieces and have purchased from MUST previously. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the process of furnishing your home.
