    Disorganization, empty promises, months late arrivals of furniture, dozens of unreturned phone calls, unupdated system leading to purchases of nonexistent merchandise, and outward deception. I ordered furniture August of last year, and I am still waiting on some items they promised would arrive 5 weeks after purchase (some said to arrive by February but I am not so sure anymore). I called and they said they needed to contact their supplier, and also promised a phone call back (they never call back btw just letting you know). I purchased an item that is still on their site, and they told me they don't make that item anymore after giving me different arrival dates 3-4 times. I also ordered dining chairs, if you look at the photo provided it shows two chairs that are clearly two different hues; to my surprise the one on the left arrived in the same color as the one on the right. I made the purchase after asking if the color would be the same as shown as well, which for some odd reason they were more than confident to let me know it would; a blatant lie and a waste of time. I made the request to return chair, but they adamantly refused even after I patiently waited for my furniture that was late for months forcing us to make do without furniture in our house dining and living room. The manager there claimed that my request to return because they were a different color was because 'they are clearly the same color hue' which you can make that decision for yourself below, and that my claim they were different hues 'wouldn't even stand up in court'. I will leave that latter statement to the imagination of the reader what that is suggesting on behalf of the establishment. Point is, don't listen to these folks, they are deceptive and dishonest with themselves as much as they are with their customers, and will cause you a headache in the process of trying to furnish your home. Did I mention they lied about having an item arrive in store, but told me I cannot pick it up that day for some weird reason and they will send it, only for me to call back weeks later and be told it didn't even make it into the country. Yah folks just steer clear of this people.

    This company is the worst I have ever experienced. We wanted to buy from a Canadian Company. We researched extensively for a couch to work in our newly renovated basement. We ordered a right-facing chaise sectional. Excited and eager we took it down to the basement. Once starting to set it up, we shockingly realized that it was sadly the left chaise. Calling the company, the drivers came back to our house @ 11:00 PM and disturbed our entire neighbourhood when slamming the truck and back of the truck doors. They then came in and ruined our new walls. Now the company is saying they will not give us a refund, won't pay for damages and the only way they will refund us if we get the couch out of our basement... even though it was THEIR drivers who tried and said they couldn't get it out without causing extensive damage... They came back saying they would waive the $50.00 delivery fee of the new couch.... THATS IT. How about pay for the damages of our home, give us a refund OR offer something better to keep peoples business. This is a completely TERRIBLE company with horrible customer service. Save yourself the time, money and energy. Go somewhere ELSE!

    Service was very good. Great value in the couch I purchased and quality is very good. Delivery experience was top notch and accomomodating.

We purchased 22 shrubs from this store and a few of them seems to have dry leaves. When we mentioned this, we were told that there was a one year warranty on these plants and if they get worse, we can bring them back. We have a south facing huge backyard with plenty of sun and we brought all the plants in the backyard and placed them exactly where we wanted to plant them. We watered all the plants everyday. Unfortunately, a few of the plants that didn't look good when we purchased them became progressively worse, so we decided to go back and return them. The lady at the customer service desk looked at us with an attitude and called the owner right away to speak to us. Vince Crupi came and instantly began hurling accusations at us. He began by saying that we must have left the plants in the garage, then he said that we didn't water them enough, then he said that we have been abusing the plants in some way!!!! None of his accusations were true as we had the other 18 shrubs that are doing quite well. I tried explaining this to him and told him that I didn't appreciate his accusations since we did not bring rest of the plants to return and that his accusations didn't even make sense. When I asked him to take his plants back, he said that we could certainly leave these plants but we were not going to getting our money back. I reminded him of the one year warranty and he ordered the lady at the customer service desk to stamp our receipt "Final Sale" to void our warranty! My husband and I were shocked at their outrageous and unethical behavior. I was very upset at their actions and said that they couldn't do that. Vince smirked and said "Yes, I can do anything I want and I just did. I have been running this business for 40 years so I absolutely can do whatever I want and you no longer have any warranty as we just stamped final sale on your receipt". I told him that customers have rights and what he did was unethical. Vince Crupi then told us to get out of his store and asked the lady to call police. The customer service lady was absolutely the rudest person and came right up to my face to within one foot distance to kick us out of the store. We are a very busy family, but we intend to take legal action against this business owner as what he did goes against business ethics. As customers, we must speak up so this type of business owners don't abuse their power and behave unethical. Vince behaved like we live in a 3rd world country where powerful people can do whatever they want and the public has no rights. I felt humiliated and my rights were violated for the very first time and they shouldn't think that it's okay to do what they did to us.

    Ordered total 7 yards of top soil delivery recently and got it 3 weeks ago but quality of soil is…read morenot good at all as seeing more sand layer clearly in my grass and may be they put water little to looks good at delivery time. On top now seeing lots of weed growing too. So I would say please try only if you like to spend more money and time in weed cleaning or re-gardening..
