When I approached an employee I was told to order on line. So I did. How I wish I had read the other yelp reviews first. My experience the company has been nothing short of frustrating and stressful. I ordered 2 beds, 2 night stands & a mattress and billed 90 delivery fee. One bed was chronically on back order and held up the entire order for almost a month before i called customer service to ask what could be done. I was advised to cancel the out of stock bed to release the order for delivery and reorder the bed when it became available and call in to get the 2nd delivery charge refunded. Sounded reasonable. When i did I was told repeatedly 'too bad, not our policy to refund the delivery' no attempt to listen to me or try to resolve the issue. I was refused my right to speak to someone with the authority to help me. I pointed out good customer service was vital to the success of a business especially with social media, and I certainly wont give good reviews after this experience. The rep, John flippantly said. 'Go ahead, do what you think you have to' Really Structube? Ok. Here it is. People save yourself the trouble and don't buy from Structube. Wayfair.ca has just what you need and cares about their customers. As a postscript, my second bed was delivered with half the required hardware to assemble it. I've slept on my mattress on the floor 4 nights now and still waiting for the missing hardware!

HomeSense stores have brand name merchandise for any room in your home including art, furniture, lighting and rugs. The consumer target market is drop-in customers as you can't shop on-line (...which is currently the case). On any given week they can stock a product you may never see stocked again. Other HomeSense stores may not have the same product on hand. If you like it, then I suggest you buy as you can always return it if you change your mind. He was very patient and understand exactly the type of bed room set I needed for my daughter. Realized the legs were positioned incorrectly when the new table top also had the same fitting. After assembling, we noticed the dinning table had some shoe foot prints in the back. We tried to clean the whole table with a damp cloth and when we started wiping the top of the table, some places started wearing out. We were able to reach the sales manager Christina. She helped us directing to the customer service. We called to the customer service and she was trying to evade it saying it was wear and tear because of our usage and not covered under warranty. We sent pictures and after mentioning we didn't even start using the table, they said they will send a technician to verify. As this was going to take more than a week, we started using the table cautiously and the technician came in after 10 days. After he got the report, this lady from the customer service(Rachel) called and said the table was used and the damage was because of the wear and tear again. i realized she was all the time trying to somehow find a fault with the customers and get away from providing any kind of service. This dining table is certainly not worth 2300 dollars for such poor customer service and can completely understand why there is so much of bad reviews on the customer service @ Toronto
