Structube it's a very difficult company to work with. I ordered a Norwood ash bedside table in the…read morebeginning of December and did not receive my order until the middle of February. When I finally did receive my order I got at home took it out of the box only to discover that instead of being the ash natural table that was described and pictured on their website, that the table was in fact oak warm yellow brown. When I contacted their exchanges and returns department on their Structube website I was given an automatic reply stating that because I ordered my table through a store that I must contact the store to help me. So I emailed the 130th Ave location. After multiple emails and phone call conversations I was essentially told that yes the table is a different colour that is pictured and described on their website, however that is the colour of being produced at the moment and there's nothing they can do about it. The best thing I was offered was a return (only if I returned it within seven days of receiving the product). I am frustrated as I am buying the second table to match an existing table in the correct colour bought a year ago. I understand that discrepancies may occur between products however an entirely different colour is not acceptable. Now I will need to sell off the original table and buy two fresh ones so that I have a matching set (not buying these from Structube!). I will not be using Structube in the future as the time to get the product is way too long and the care for customer happiness is non-existent. The best way for me to describe this store is by describing it as Pier 1 Imports meets The Brick…read more With pieces of furniture spread out throughout the store, as well home decorations, kitchen and bathroom accessories and 'things and things' (Ie. seasonings, spices and decorative napkins), Home Evolution is a place where time will pass you by. With SO much to look at and so many unique home objects and accessories, I didn't know where to look first! Everything is compacted together so you have to move through the store slowly to ensure that you don't overlook any of the neat gizmos or gadgets. The items in the store are quite pricey however, but because they are so unique and because this was one of the only stores in the entire complex that carried stuff that I hadn't already seen in its neighbouring stores, I found this store to be especially refreshing. The staff was friendly and accommodating without being overbearing. Overall, a very interesting store to peruse!

They had some wall pictures that we looked at few times and were hoping to go onsale. Luckily last night we were on their website and found the same pictures (Org. $390-$450) for $114 & $119. today we went to the store but they did not honour that price; instead, we were offered 10%...Basically they told me to FxxxOxx, in a polite way. From there i went to Lazyboy and found the same picture and guess what: THEY GAVE ME THE PAINTING FOR THE SAME ADVERTISED PRICE. (As advertised on home-evolution website). My wife and I, and my mom, spent almost over 20K in these stores in the last 6 months and after hearing this coming from the manager/Owner's daughter that they would only give us 10%; I ONLY WOULD LIKE TO QUESTION THEIR COMPANY's INTEGRITY. Today, they might have saved 400-500 from 3 pictures, but i can assure you they have lost thousands of dollars from us. My one Message to them: YOU HONOUR WHAT YOU ADVERTISE, THATS I!!! My ratings have gone DOWN due to this.

I have dealt with the Brick for many years and I have always been left with a bad taste in my mouth after every transaction and I always get mad at myself for going back, but this time was the first time that I walked away feeling happy. I had a very disappointing experience with The Brick and would not shop here again…read more We purchased a couch at the end of March and were explicitly told by the in-store manager that delivery would take a maximum of three weeks, if not sooner. After hearing nothing, we had to follow up ourselves--only to be told the delivery wouldn't happen until the end of June. This was a huge discrepancy from what was promised at the time of purchase. After raising the issue, we were offered the floor model instead. Given that this was already due to their error and that a floor model has been used by many customers, I requested a discount, which was declined. When the couch was finally delivered, it arrived with multiple black marks on it--completely unacceptable for a full-price item. To make matters worse, after sending three follow-up emails with no response, I was essentially ghosted. I only received a reply after contacting a different customer service channel, at which point I was told they "never received" my emails. The only resolution offered was an $80 refund--which isn't even close to reasonable given the condition of the couch and the overall experience. (Not even 10% discount). Between the misleading delivery timeline, lack of accountability, poor communication, and damaged product, this has been an extremely frustrating experience. I would strongly caution others before purchasing from this store.
