From there i went to Lazyboy and found the same picture and guess what: THEY GAVE ME THE PAINTING FOR THE SAME ADVERTISED PRICE. (As advertised on home-evolution website). My wife and I, and my mom, spent almost over 20K in these stores in the last 6 months and after hearing this coming from the manager/Owner's daughter that they would only give us 10%; I ONLY WOULD LIKE TO QUESTION THEIR COMPANY's INTEGRITY. This table was bought Nov. 2019, and the previous owners sent someone out May 2022, leaving replacement rails in case what he did didn't fix it. Now hopefully it has been rectified properly. It's GIGANTIC and it's got all the goods and all the glory of a free-standing Crate & Barrel store. Although the goods here are quite pricey, they are all creme de la creme and it's the kind of place you'd shop at after you've purchased your dream home. The best way I can describe Crate and Barrel is 'Williams-Sonoma' meets 'Pier 1 Imports'. They've got the greatest kitchen ware, but they've also got entertaining accessories, furniture, bedding and glassware. Crate & Barrel is a mammoth of a store and it somehow beckons my name every single time I am in its vicinity. The price was right, but I knew darn well that it would be hard to get it in the suitcase for my eventual trip back to the San Francisco Bay Area. I might still change my mind on that.... Anyway, I decided to stroll around inside and really enjoyed exploring the many pockets of interesting stuff this relatively small store holds. It has books, antiques, jewelery, and much more in-between. The people watching was fun too, with a fresh touch of Portlandia thrown in. I'm glad I stopped in and reminded myself that marching around a new City is fun, and stopping to explore some of its quirks is even better.

Absolutely the worst experience I've had at a furniture store. I purchased a dresser and two…read morenightstands, and after waiting 12 weeks, I received the wrong delivery -- a dresser and two mirrors instead. They promised to deliver the correct nightstands within four weeks, but it's now been seven weeks, and they still don't have an ETA. I'm extremely disappointed with this store. Expensive products, poor service, and unreliable delivery. I do not recommend shopping here.
