I shopped at so many places before going here: LayZboy, Leon's, the brick, show home furniture, etc. etc. etc. I knew that shopping local was important to me as well as supporting the Canadian economy. I landed on Rossini's furniture store and found they had amazing deals but are going out of business but their sister or brother store is Furniture Extreme and on Monday all their pieces are being moved to Furniture Extreme so I decided to check this place out. They were very helpful and one nice thing is that they can order you a piece in but you have to pay 50% down and if it arrives at the store and you don't like it then you get your money back in full refund or store credit that can only be spent at the store. When we bought the couch they asked us how we found out or heard about them and we told them through friends and then they asked us the friends name and found them on their computer so because we had a referral we got $25 off which is pennies when your spending $5000 and the friends that referred us got $250 to be spent in the store. Overall, great experience and very friendly staff.

I ordered a brand new couch that was discontinued but I was told they could still order it new, my…read moremother ordered the exact same one and it took 8 weeks to be delivered. Mine was apparently ready immediately which was weird. When it arrived there were very obviously used felt pads with someone else's dirt on them and I was told by the delivery guys that this piece wasn't factory sealed it was shrink wrapped and sold to me as a new couch when it was used. Additionally it was all wonky and the arm rest made a clicking sound and the cushions didn't line up. I raised these concerns immediately with the delivery guys and was told to keep it as a loaner and talk to the store to find a solution. There are a lot of features I like about the couch that I couldn't find in another one so after numerous discussions with the owner Andy I agreed for them to repair it and if I was happy with it then they would give me a 10% discount as it is still obviously a used and damaged piece. Also in conversation here I learned that their supposed worry free warranty that I purchased doesn't cover any structural components it's just for stains. Again misleading and not what I was sold on. I have since decided that I don't want their warranty as it wasn't what I was told it was and this entire process of them fixing it has been less than desirable as I had to follow up multiple times to get anything done. It has now been 4 weeks since the final repair. I have spoke to at least 5 different people at this store about the refund on multiple occasions and had to explain this story 15 times yet I STILL have not received the refund I was promised. How many people do I have to speak to for this to be resolved when they have all called and told me that they will get it dealt with and follow up. Not one of them has followed up. I am a business owner myself and it is VERY simple to process a refund. There are no excuses at this point and I suppose I will have to file a dispute with my credit card company since they are clearly incapable of resolving an issue as they promised.

We talked and I sent him our receipts and photo of the Canadel sticker under the table. He sent Jee to our home and by yesterday it was fixed! Jee had to come back with another young man, so this was a two day adventure BTW. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us! As new owners, I feared you'd tell me sorry, but no, you did not. This table was bought Nov. 2019, and the previous owners sent someone out May 2022, leaving replacement rails in case what he did didn't fix it. Now hopefully it has been rectified properly. Ok, enough of my confessions. I love this place for getting unique home decor. There's a high inventory turnover so there's always something new and decently discounted. They're definitely not the cheapest path for home decor but they do provide the most variety. There's 4 locations that I'm aware of and have visited in Calgary but this one is my favourite for having the right combination of size, merchandise and proximity to Market Mall without the crazy mall crowd. There are times when the lines can be too long and the return policy window too short but I've also never had problems with staff in any Homesense location so +1 for customer service

Imagine my excitement as I stumbled upon this store during my visit at Southcentre mall. First things first - I cannot believe how HUGE this store is considering it is INSIDE of a mall. It's GIGANTIC and it's got all the goods and all the glory of a free-standing Crate & Barrel store. Although the goods here are quite pricey, they are all creme de la creme and it's the kind of place you'd shop at after you've purchased your dream home. The best way I can describe Crate and Barrel is 'Williams-Sonoma' meets 'Pier 1 Imports'. They've got the greatest kitchen ware, but they've also got entertaining accessories, furniture, bedding and glassware. Crate & Barrel is a mammoth of a store and it somehow beckons my name every single time I am in its vicinity. It's pretty much a guarantee that when I buy that mansion I dream of, I'll be furnishing it with everything Crate & Barrel.

Coffee table had scratched door handles and the stain on the coffee table was missing in some places Service team came out and replaced handle and restained areas secondly, the chair we purchased had bug bites on the arm. ( did not look good) service team sent tech out twice to replace the arm leather however the leather on the arm did not match the other arm service team says bug bites are common. We have never experienced this before They are now telling me that I have to escalate to corporate office in the US ( great customer service . They take your money and don't care ) the quality has gone down hill) I am very annoyed and one unhappy customer and they are prepared to accept that

They had a wide selection of bedding and the sales associate was friendly and helpful, even after we mentioned that we were just browsing she still shared product information and told us about what they carry.
