Tyler talked with the manager, Andy, and he said $75 is the minimum but when you bring it back, we can take some off the $75. I rented it for one hour and 10 minutes, from pick up to drop off. I asked for a discount and Andy said our minimum rental price for a log splitter is $75. Wow. It is not so much the money as it is the character reflection. Lack of integrity.

So, I sent an email to them and boy am I glad I did! Adam promptly responded and connected me with the store manager, Matt. Matt was a pleasure to work with and the entire process from purchase to delivery was a snap. And not only was it a snap, but the grill was assembled and delivered (right on time by Jerry and placed exactly where I wanted it so it would be a surprise) on the day before Christmas without extra charge. They seem to try to find ways to NOT help you. I know that they are overpriced but was willing to pay more for the convenience, but it turned out that they didn't have everything I needed to compete a plumbing project. Convenient yes, helpful NO! Add to that an incomplete selection and it's a NO! As an aside, I tried to rent a rototiller there like Jim L in the comments, only to have it not work. I was told when I returned it, "That's just a display model, we shouldn't have given you that one.!" No kidding. I thought it was an exception, but apparently not.
