This last visit, I wanted to find parts to fix my too short doorbell wires, and got a full service lesson from a former electrician. Less than a dollar for the necessary wires and about 3 bucks for connectors, only because they didn't have them in singles and I had to buy a 10-pack. I love the friendly service. Previous review (8/2020) Compared to the Home Depot south of here, this place is tiny. But well packed. And has mostly everything you need. The best part about this place, as tiny and crowded as it is, are the people. The people working here are always so nice! And attentive! I've never been in here and not had someone ask, "Can I help you find anything?" Sometimes more than once if you're perusing. And the questions are never annoyed, but friendly, like they really want to help. They also fix screens (and sell everything you need to fix it yourself if you're in the mood for it). While they quoted us about a week for it to get done, it was actually done in one day. It's a franchise, but it feels like a neighborhood store. Love it.

Ordering online was easy and they had exactly what we were looking for - a Weber grill with free assembly and delivery. We ordered on a Monday and delivery was expected that Wednesday - so FAST. Well, we received a call from them on Tuesday indicating that they've assembled the grill and would we like it early/that day! Yes, please! They were there within an hour or so and brought it to the patio. We should have just ordered from Ace in the first place! Lesson learned.

They let you look at the samples on your own and at your own leisure. They were available to answer questions. We truly appreciated the fact that they let us browse on our own and that we didn't have to have a babysitter like other local granite suppliers. When we would ask for certain pieces to be looked at, they obliged with a very friendly attitude, again unlike other places we visited. We had visited StoneX probably 6 -7 times and never once did we feel unwelcome or bothersome. We highly recommend StoneX to anyone looking for granite. They have so much to choose from. You won't be disappointed.
