It was completed in time, high quality, and the design was exactly how I wanted it to be. They even accommodated the infant and toddler sizes we asked for! They were super adorable. I'm glad we used Geiger and if we needed that kind of service in the future, I don't see why we wouldn't come back.

The machine had 2 hours on it now and had been back to this store twice and still hasn't been fixed. It's a lemon. I asked for my money back and they said yes with a huge restocking fee. The company refused to replace the item, saying it was past the 30-day window and had been worn. If I had a customer that bought an item (perhaps a toaster) in our store that failed within a year, I would ABSOLUTELY replace that item! Their merchandise is poorly made -- they replaced the manufacturer of the shirt I had previously purchased with another that produced a much lower-quality product -- and they do not stand behind their products. I will never buy from them again.

We needed an immediate change and of course wanting to stay local we jumped over to Bern. Everything came exactly as noted and was as solid and more quality than ordering blindly from Amazon or going to a big box store. I'll talk up our chairs because they are my favorite! So comfy, so cozy, and functional and we were able to sit in multiple chairs before making our pick. That's priceless and the price was reasonable to boot! Great job Bern.
