Words customer service ever! Return a scooter from a subscription service was a nightmare, this location don't offer any kind of handling besides send your package out (I had a digital label that my provider and 1800 number said was enough to ship my package, well the lady said that I have to print the label no matter what, and they don't offer that service) So if you choosing this location be aware and be ready, print your labels by yourself, buy a packing slip and some tape before arrive because the lady (that she don't even want to give me her name) is going to make you cry read more

I don't really know how to review this crazy near-the-airport FedEx outpost, you guys. I could talk to you about how it's the last Milwaukee proper stand of getting your shit by a specific time if it's being sent via FedEx... I could tell you about how the lady working when I went to pick up my emergency replacement work computer was really nice... I can tell you about how the customer service area is really really small and no frills and there's no discernible way to form a line that makes any sort of socially-acceptable sense... I can tell you it's probably not for customers, though... seems like it's more for the trucks and the people who drive them... 10 representatives later and I still have no idea why my overnight package was not delivered today-the truck it was on returned to the station at 7:38- prior to the final delivery time of 8:00pm. I started calling immediately and by the time the issue was expedited -of course the local office was closed. Every other overnight package(yes ups, Amazon and USPS all got here by expected time)arrived. Now I was told call back after 8:00 am as we have not expedited the issue but can't assist until then??? I agree the service is very friendly. I decided not to have my packages delivered to my porch. We have a thief here in Bay View whom likes to steel UPS packages. I wasn't sure if the thief was company exclusive. When I had ordered Christmas gifts I opted for the pick up at the Howell location instead on the Fedex website. . I could have picked up my package the next day. We had no line either which I was surprised of. Just as I had seen the bell, the lady came out from the back. It's been a month and I'm still fuming. I'm not the type to write reviews, especially bad ones, but this situation truly lit a flame under me. I had bought a new PC and it couldn't get delivered on the expected date, so I asked if I could put the item on hold and pick it up. I got to the ship center and didn't know where to go, so I ask a security guard. He told me to go to the right for the customer parking, he told me to a lady would come up and all I needed was my ID, he told me to "wrap around" motioning clockwise and cautioned that there was a one way. I repeated after him exaggerating the word "wrapping", saying, "so I'm wrapping around the building and looking for this FedEx sign", he repeated what he said before, saying I'd be wrapping around and looking for some sign. Well, the customer parking was right in front of me, it was quite literally straight ahead. I waited 40mins and had to go ask him to contact the lady. Wrapping around, was a simple right after the gate, which means I drove the wrong way on a one way and almost got hit. To top off the entire experience he gave me attitude and said, "You need to get better at taking directions." He could have told me to wrap around the gate or to simply take a right. He could have told me that the one way was counterclockwise. I should have just stayed home and waited for me to get there the next day. If the security guard that misinformed me the entire night sees this, all I ask is for you to be accountable. They have sent my packages to the wrong address many many times. And the few time my packages came to my address there was always something wrong with the item. Once my textbooks were delivered you could here someone coming up my stairs and then a very loud bang on the door. They throw my package at my door. When I opened the door they were already in the truck leaving. When I picked up my package there was tire marks all over. Worst service ever. If I could get all my stuff delivered through somewhere else I would. Train your drivers better and also just stop hiring ass hole people read more

Had no idea this was here, literally a stones throw from the airport. I went in the morning so there was no line, employee was quick and efficient and got my package right away. I'll have to update this review if I go back there but right now there's nothing about this place that makes it awesome, and nothing that makes it awful. :) read more

Wow. Super helpful and polite people helped me get my package, even though I missed the supposed final delivery. It was a large guitar amp from Ebay, and they even offered me a wheeled cart to take it to my car. I'm grateful. There's a security checkpoint to go through, which is a little weird, but they were exceedingly nice about that. read more

I give a 2 star for the friendly service but deliver was a botch. Mailed out a large box with contents valued at $450. The package went to the wrong address and after many phone calls and a claim I am empty handed. It wasn't the drivers fault but the woman at the counter who entered the wrong address on the box. I live in the North East of Milwaukee, WI. The tracking number I'm complaining about is 9611804449044410404954.The delivery person rung the door bell and knocked on the door. No answered the door, so she was leaving the package on my front porch. I was sitting in my car across the street from my house watching her. I called out and explained my daughter was in the house. I honked my horn and my daughter opened the door and got the package. I talked to the delivery lady and asked her not to leave a package on my porch when the door is not answered. Someone may steal the package. She agreed not to. What bothers me is that the delivery lady agreed to this arrangement without my showing her any identification. How is she to know whether or not I live at the address she was delivering the package to? Plus, in the future if she does not leave a package on my porch, will she at least leave a note saying that she came by and no one answered the door? FedEx does not do a good job of delivering packages in the inner city. read more

Worst delivery drivers and customer service I have ever had in all of my 34 yrs of receiving deliveries! Yesterday I had someone stay at my home as I knew I was unavailable to receive my package. My family member stated that there was NO attempt to knock on the door, ring bell, or get anyone to sign for my package.He had been checking every 10 minutes or so to ensure he would be able to sign. This package is a time sensitive matter as it is an insurance replacement phone and my current phone only has ten days to be turned in or a 500.00 fee will be charged to my cell phone bill. Fast forward to today and I literally missed out on all my obligations for the day by staying home to avoid a repeat of yesterday's problem. I made sure NOT to have any devices of mine on i.e. television, radio, or anything that could prevent me from hearing a knock at my door. After reviewing my tracking history I was told the packager would be delivered before 3pm. I then checked my mailbox, my hallway, and repeatedly looked out the window for the driver and finally five minutes later I go outside and see a 2nd door tag advising me to pick up my item after 6:30pm. Nervmind the fact that my kids have evening activities, my missed day of work, I now get the priviledge (sarcasm) of rectifying a problem that I did not inititate, The joke doesn't stop there. I call and complain only to get no resolution whatsoever except "oh we are sorry we will make sure he knocks tommorow." Really? If he didn't bother to knock the prior two attempts I should have confidence that common sense will automatically grow where there was none previously and just 'hope' his advanced level training will suddenly appear and he will knock on my door and deliver my item? After ten minutes the call is "escalated" to a manager who then tells me that he 'hears me" but cannot resend the driver who was just in neighborhood and now has masterfully 'far away" now. I totally understand now why so many of my friends and family prefer UPS. The last item I had delivered by UPS the driver who was not only kind, and effective, beeped his horn prior to getting out his truck as he stated "this helps the customer know I am here and they are more likely to respond to the door quicker."
