If I could give zero stars I would, very rude and disrespectful to me, very disappointed some of the workers who I came across.

Very hard to find. Literally drove around the parking lot of 15 minutes. The store itself is slightly messy and unorganized. The bathroom was a little unkept. Still found some great deals! The cashier we had wasn't the happiest camper. read more

Love this location of Home Goods! Even my husband and teenage daughters found things to like in this store! I always find a new treasure or two here and I am happy with the way the inventory changes over fairly quickly. Makes it easy to refresh my home with something affordable but cute. This store has a little bit of everything for the home. They have a nice selection for the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Their furniture can be either a hit or miss, and be careful to look for scratches and dents. They also have a nice children's section that includes toys, books, and child size furniture. But it's a nice place to stop by and pick small items for your home. This place is comparable to a TJ Max and Ross without the clothing. read more

I haven't been to a HomeGoods store that I haven't liked. I LOVE them! This particular location is convenient to get to, easy access from the 15 freeway. The store is always clean and organized and such a great selection of items from kitchen items to beddings and towels, wall décor, area rugs and some furniture. Love the variety of products you can find in the store. Disappointed a lot of products are broken/ripped open or missing pieces. It has become a little game I play, I decide on a price I would be willing to pay and find a price even less than that on the sticker! First time here and I will be back. There's a great mix of decorative pieces at decent prices and I was able to get a few Christmas gifts under $15. Bought a large Yankee candle (in the giant jar) for $12.99, decorative wooden elephant for $9.99, a new whisk and small mixing bowls for $2.99 each. My favorite place for little knick-knacks, gift shopping, home shopping and furniture! Great service too, I've had to exchange a few things and they were very helpful! They have a really good selection of olive oils, towels and curtains. They also have a few aisles devoted to candles which I love! They're very helpful in finding things as well! read more

Thank God I can find most anything for my home here. After shopping in Wal-Mart and trying to save a few extra dollars I realized I was giving up quality and getting horrible customer service. This is definitely my go to place! If your missing any household essentials they're sure to have it. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and always on hand. With such a wide inventory you're sure to spend awhile combing through each aisle. And with such great prices you usually leave with more than you came for. read more

Overall a really good place to shop for little nick-knacks and other things. However the only reason I dont give it five stars is because they don't have very many modern style items. I like Home Goods and all the decorative items they carry. I like the variety of items that you can find inside this store. For the most part the prices are pretty reasonable. When we went to shop there last night there was big merchandise cages out on the sales floor and some of the sales associates were pushing others around the store. There is a lot of merchandise in the store already so having to navigate around these carts is very difficult. It would be great if they would minimize or eliminate the big cages of merchandise from the sales floor! read more

The store does not have an inventory of their prices for their items. I bought 6 sets of fancy wine glasses for gifts. The manager was called to check the price tag on one of the boxes.He then raised the price $10 even though there was another very similar box priced the same as the original tag. The manager just randomly made a price raise decision. he said they can just guess what prices should be. He said obviously someone switched price tags so they could buy it for less. When I asked why the person who would switch a price tag would not then purchase the item, he said that the person probably was caught. I asked , "if they were caught why was not this price put back?' he said it is just that if a customer is asked , can I help you? they are really suspected of shoplifting! This is unacceptable to me. I spend Hundreds of dollars at this store. The manager told me there was no way to check what prices really should be. read more

I called this store location and spoke with a nice lady named Debbie. I had put some dining chairs on pay hold at a different location and adamantly been trying to find a second pair in all locations without any turn out for two weeks!! Luckily Debbie graciously checked the sales floor for me after I described the item with the style code and she was kind enough to put them on hold for me until I went into purchase them. I have gone to this Home Goods for years. Today I go in to buy two matching lamps for my living room. They did not have a good selection like they normally do, but I did find two really nice ones. I looked over the isle and I found the exact lamp for half the price. I was confused so I ask the Assitant Manager why. She said that one was delivered to the store a few months earlier than the others. No negotiation. I found a candle in the front of the store I wanted. I looked for a match, same thing, the price was higher because it had arrived later than the other. I find this confusing and annoying. I am unhappy because I feel they are cheating! read more

Purchased 10 mugs -- six mugs (identical) all marked $2.99 and and four marked at $3.99. Checking the receipt and I have five at $2.99 and five at $3.99. Yeah -- it's only a dollar -- and everyone makes mistakes. But these items are scanned -- there really shouldn't be mistakes like this. So just watch the cashier and make sure that s/he is paying attention. read more

I love Home Goods. If you've been in a TJ Maxx and been to the back of the store where all the linens, kitchen stuff, housewares, etc. are Home Goods is basically that but a whole store of it. The front section of the store is always dedicated to whatever holiday is coming up. I always find something I can't live without. I'm a kitchen gadget freak and I could spend an hour in that aisle alone. Don't go and buy something at full price till you've checked if Home Goods has it first. You will save some dough. I have been here a couple of times. My conclusion is that most items in this store are broken. There seems to be way too much inventory for the size of this store so items are literally stacked on top of each other and it seriously looks like the employees just throw stuff on the shelves. Or maybe other customers do. You have to worry the whole world is going to crash down every time you touch something in this store. Last time I went here literally every item I was interested in was either broken or scratched. The previous time I was interested in a piece of furniture that had a pretty good scratch on it so I asked if they'd be willing to discount it and they acted all weird about it at first but then offered the typical 10 percent. The clearance section is literally trash. They still want to charge you like $20 for a ships wheel that only has two handles left in it?! I don't understand why I wouldn't just go to Ross or TJMaxx where items are even less expensive but much better quality. Good luck finding something decent here. read more

Today was not a good visit at Homegoods as I waited 45 mins in the checkout line. I wish I could say this was the only time the line took long however, todays wait was just exceedingly long. While waiting in line others complained about the wait as well. My 1 and 3 year old were losing their patience but had every right to. If you have toddlers I wouldn't suggest ever coming here with them. I talked to the manager Anne who was very unconcerned and apathetic to say the least. The cashier Christine had 0 time management or sense of urgency. I overheard other employees talking unprofessionally as one said to another " take care of that outside but come back because I know how long you like to take". To top it off I just pulled out my cake stand I just recently purchased for easter and it fell apart before I even had the chance to use it. This is also not the first thing I've boughten to have a major defects or breaks easily. The only reason I will be coming back there is to return what I just bought because I am so disappointed in the customer service today. read more

Love, love, love this store and their staff. The staff is always so friendly and so helpful. Sheri is always so helpful on the floor and always helps me find what I'm looking for. I have also seen Sheri diligently helping other costumes find what they are looking for. She always has a smile on her face and truly enjoys her job. I usually only see her on the floor, but today she was also on the register and I happened to get her as my cashier. As always, she was friendly and efficient and had a welcoming smile on her face. im a big fan of tj max and marshals so of course i love home goods as well. I was able to afford-ably decorate my new home! I get tons of compliments on how homey it feels! they also have great pet products as well! It is packed full of things!
