I came into the store attempting to purchase something for Mother's Day. The two women that were closing the store on May 12th couldn't be bothered to offer me more than a "hello". I shop with precision, so I zeroed in on what I set my sights on. I B-lined to the back of an empty store and I grabbed the shoe. I turned waiting for someone to acknowledge I needed a size so I can make the purchase. 10 minutes later, with shoe in hand.... another couple walked in whom she seemed delighted to help. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere two doors down and bought what I needed. The service has dramatically gone down. Perhaps if o had their Snapchat they'd have paid attention to me because they would see how frustrated I was for lack of service on my story... I'll return to Michael Kors.... in New Jersey.

I have come to Scrubs Nyack already twice in the last two weeks for good reason. The service here…read morehas been great and the prices are competitive. The first day that I came to this store I was a bit overwhelmed with the variety of selections. One of the employees must have noticed and offered to help me. I let her know that I wanted scrubs that were affordable. Without hesitation, she brought me over to the "Grey's Anatomy" section and there was a sale going on. I was able to pick out 5 scrub tops and bottoms and tried them out in the dressing room. The helpfulness of the employee made the scrub purchasing process easy for me. I like when I am able to walk into a store and get what I need with ease. The level of service is what drew me to come back for additional pairs of scrubs. If I need more scrubs in the future, I will definitely be back to Scrubs Nyack.

I waited over 4 weeks for the dress to come in, they couldn't find the order, then said it would be there in a week, never called back and then told me 2 weeks before graduation that they wouldn't be able to get the dress! THEN it took 2 attempts to get a refund for the dress and they REFUSED to take back the matching shoes. Horrible experience - stay away.
