The woman took a look at the one pair I had and said "this is not the timeframe for it." they were sweater boots, not sure why she thinks they are not fall items. The other pair was a pair of Cole haan boots that retail new for $130, I wore maybe once, she told me the price and I questioned that it was really all she thought she could get for them, without saying anything else she looked at me and said "I don't want your items" and closed the boxes. I've never dealt with anyone more rude in my life. Would not recommend shopping here.

Five minutes after leaving the store my stomach was in knots because what I received was not what we discussed. We all hate conflict but I was so unhappy I then discussed it with the sales person. I reminded her of what I had asked for, I let her know that what I got was not right. She was not hearing me, and was actively trying to convince me otherwise. No apology came, which would have made a world of difference. I'm not exactly sure why she didn't want to help me purchase the right product, but it was clear, she didn't want to help me. BUT... a few hours later the store manager called me and made things right. This is huge. She was level headed, patient with my uncertainty, and very helpful. As luck would have it, while going down one of my IG (Instagram) browsing black holes, I came across the IG for Market House! I love, love, loved the posts and all the things that the owner posts so much so, I asked if she had curbside pickup. Not only did she say she could accommodate but she also kindly took pictures of any item I was interested in and gave great suggestions! I ended up buying 2 cute plants and pots which I'm in love with. I put them on my desk and they brighten my mood. The curbside pick up was really great too! Everything from payment to the pickup of the items was completely contactless. She even offers to deliver locally! I greatly appreciate the kindness and respect for contactless service, as well as the wonderful suggestions. 150% a fantastic place to shop.
