We made an appointment for service and they never followed up that the tires weren't in yet. Multiple calls to custumer service were unhelpful and they consistently said "we will call you back" and it never happened. A truly frustrating experience that ended up with canceling the order and a refund. It's a shame because they had really good prices for Michelin tires but it wasn't worth the hassle. Want a blueprint for how to lose a customer? Ask Costco. As for the rest of this location, I like the actual products and store, but the staff while better in the store, aren't always super friendly either. For the actual store, it's give it a 3.5.

My employer's vision plan isn't that great, and with places that take it, glasses still cost me quite a lot. I have gotten 5 pairs of glasses over the years at Costco. And, they don't take my vision plan, but the most I have paid for glasses is $350 and that's because of the frames I chose. And, I see great with the glasses. Just ordered a new pair since my vision changed after cataract surgery and know they will be great.

I put in the order via app. The oder was ready within couple of hours. I arrived 30 minutes before closing. The store was tidy and clean, with very few customers. Parking was easy to find. I checked-in thru the app for my pickup. The associate handed me the 4 dozen eggs in few minutes. It was a quick and easy process. I have previously shopped from this several times. The inventory and prices are good. They also have BJs tire. I had bought a set few years back for my Honda CR-V. It came with lifetime tire rotation. Overall I have had good shopping experiences here.

I love to go in here and walk around for an hour seeing what "treasures" I can find. They have parking lot. One thing to note another reviewer mentioned: The ceilings are leaky. so look up before buying ‍ steer clear of buckets if you can get past these things and have it not bother you in favor of a deal, it's an ok store. It's huge! Some of my best things purchased in here tend to be home decor items personally. They sell 1$ ornaments for the holidays. My favorites are my curtains for my apartment. I also love that they have 5-6$ throw pillows. I constantly come around to replace bathroom rugs and shower curtains and this is the best place to find things that are of good quality on a deal. Think of the things you 100% need but like don't want to spend a fortune on. NWL has your back there. They have a large section of cleaning products which sells things like 5$ Lysol spray and stuff you prob already buy but pay a lot more for. Reminds me of like pergament or even Bobby's. The service is ok you have to be mindful when you are ringing items up that they won't overcharge you - I'm sure they don't intend to but sometimes there are so many items the prices on the tags aren't always updated correctly.

There were scheduling issues the first time I went, and the second time I forgot the locking hub key. By this time team member Carlos had given me his personal cell # to expedite things. I asked for an earlier appointment and Carlos did it for me (ON HIS DAY OFF FROM HIS PERSONAL #) with 2 other great staff - Joe and Junior. I got put in today and got 4 beautiful new Michelins in 1 hour - And for $250 less than Mavis quoted me.
