I went there later in the afternoon, friday,11/27 to buy multiple bags of stove pellets. Spoke to cashier who was extremely friendly. Ask to purchase multiple bags of stove pellets and asked if they could be loaded into the car. The cashier called for backup assistance, asked if I would mind waiting a few moments, which I did and he continued to ring customers. A few minutes later the cashier came back, apologized and said that there was only one other person working in the store and was called away for something else I'm building style house for my girl and thanked me for my patience. He then went over to the stove pellets grab the bag and rang me up for the 15 I had requested, I paid and you gave me the receipt. He said to pull around front and Rob would come out and load them into my car. It did take a little while longer but eventually Rob came out with the bags and assisted me in loading them into the car. He was quick courteous and professional. As these two employees were helping me they continue to help other customers who had questions and wanted to make purchases. I was impressed that these two gentlemen Rob who was the manager on duty, and Ryan how was the cashier were able to run the store as well as they did with only the two of them. I did have to wait a bit, but all the customers were treated courteously had their questions answered, and items rang up quickly. City girl rented a Home Depot pickup to drive an hour to Stony Point to go pick up 5 cattle panels for her urban garden to make her life-long dream of having an arch covered with vining plants a reality. Was given some incorrect information that the cattle panels could all be tied together to make for easier transport, but it turned out this wasn't possible. An angel named Peter stayed with us while we tried to figure out how we could safely transport these 16' panels so that we wouldn't have to nix our plans or make 3 trips back and forth and was so helpful and patient with us. I really appreciated his can-do attitude and helpful approach. And alas - I now have arches in my garden!! Amazing! read more

They advertised men slippers without showing where they were made, and it said they were made with vegan material. When I got the sleepers they were made in Communist CHINA. I called an complained that they had intentional hid the the Country where it was made. I told them that there advertisement should have listed all the material fact that every consumer is rightfully entitled to. They had a duty and obligation to provide everyone all the places of where the product is made and what materials are being used. I don't believe those slippers were made with vegan material and the size was 13w but they were not as advertised. I requested a complete refund. I told them I refused to purchase items from any communist country, and especially when the Tractor Supplys refused to label where its made and materials used. I purchased an ATV for my special needs son for Xmas. I was told it would take 5-7 days. Called after the week and they had no tracking info. Finally was told it was still in California and would get it in 2 days. The store was suppose to install the wheel and make sure once I received it would be in riding conditions. When it arrived after 2 1/2 weeks the tires were not aligned properly, the wheels were not inflated properly and the screws that hold the wheels were loose. The ATV was shipped to my home and it was in a non safety riding mode. I was disappointed with the lack of professionalism and the staff that put the ATV together I would not recommend you to purchase big ticketed items from them. Never been to Tractor supply store before. However I decided to purchase some horse stall mats for a home gym in my basement. To my surprise the mats were in stock. I placed the order online and went to pick up. The store has a pick up area outside, where a very nice gentlemen loaded them up inside our SUV. The location for this type of store is a little off. I usually visit one in Milford, PA but I had a coupon and I was passing by so went inside. Item on clearance was marked .49 but rang up $1.19. read more
