They have Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Tiffany and Company, Nordstrom and they have a very nice Nike store. It's a very small mall, but it is worth a while and you get the things you need. I really like the customer service as well and plus they have a nice landmark movie theater inside and a lot of restaurants. Just FYI, the Saks Fifth Avenue store is closed but they have enough stores there if you want some nice designer stuff . They also have the cheesecake factory there, and other good eateries that you can choose from in a very nice food court as well.

When I checked out, my cashier was Bridgette!!! WOW!!! She totally killt it!!! She was so incredibly personable, funny, and willing to give me suggestions on what to use inside my sandals to help my foot not hurt, and just overall was SUPER SWEET!!! Parking is never a problem, the location is prime, and prices are pretty good. It's not a mall, per se, but I always get the mall shopping feeling when I shop here. It is way in a corner space in the mall. Depending on where you enter the mall, it can be easy to find, but any other entrance it is kinda hidden at one of the ends and around a corner. You are getting close when you see Sally Beauty and a Diamond store. It is the largest Akira space I have ever seen. Usually they are in small spaces and really difficult to browse in. I hope my sample pictures have you check out this fashion store. I've watched over the years the steady decline of diverse inventory of department stores. This…read morestore is no different. I maybe go in Von Maur once a season, and it is even more noticeable at least to me, when you visit a store in longer intervals. They do have excellent eye-catching merch displays and still focused on upscale dressing and seemed like every section had a sales associate to help and areas were upkept. They are targeting heavily toward the older higher income demographics. It is especially telling when you listen to their choice of piano music in them. I would think a salesclerk would go a bit bonkers hearing taped renditions over and over of sickeningly sweet instrumental earworm inducing oldies all day long. I'm surprised this mall chain has lasted, as it hasn't really changed with the times. As times get ever more difficult with less to spend in this way, it will be interesting to see how this chain reacts.

The merchandise is high end, name brand. They carry men's, women's and children's clothing and shoes and a small section of seasonal household decor. Yesterday, I bought several gifts. The store was decorated with a pianist playing Christmas music. I found exactly what wanted and an associate carefully took the information for wrapping and sending. I saw several other things I wanted, including Christmas outfits for my granddaughters. I left without buying, but later in the day decided my girls needed those outfits. I called the store and Deidreana found the outfits and put them on hold until I got back over there. The outfits were even on sale. Returns/exchanges are easy. They put gift receipts in each package. The store is always immaculate and has lovely restrooms. There is plenty of parking around the store, although parking fills during the holiday shopping season. I recommend and will probably go back this week myself.

They offer many coupons and specials, though, so it doesn't seem too pricey for fast fashion. I had very unpleasant customer service at this particular store, though. I made a purchase online which arrived in multiple shipments. I thought one receipt order number would work for all the items, but was told they could not look up my item as it arrived in a different box. I offered them my credit card to look it up and showed them the order history and confirmation online, but they refused to take the item and were very rude. I've never had a business refuse to take back an item with my online receipt and order number, so this experience makes me reconsider ordering anything from this store again.

It used to be difficult to find Japanese candy and snacks around Indianapolis, but this store is just one of at least two stores at Castleton Square Mall where you can get Japanese goodies. BoxLunch is packed with lots of fun stuff, but it's all organized neatly, and the person who worked there when I visited was friendly and helpful.

The inventory changes frequently depending on what items are brought in. The prices lower month by month and sometimes you can find a good deal.
