First off, the place was very clean, the music was amazing, and the lighting really enhanced the vibes. From start to finish, the staff was outstanding. Super friendly, very patient, and extremely accommodating. They made everything hassle-free and easy, and because of them we all had an amazing time. Our servers JJ and Jessica kept us full and made sure nothing stayed empty for more than a couple of minutes. Joseph, our bartender, was funny, super laid back, and quick with the drink orders, which is exactly what you want at an event like this. The manager Shania oversaw everything and was simply amazing. Honestly, the entire staff deserves raises. They were on it and were the glue that kept everything together and running. Big shoutout as well to Jeannine in guest services who helped me book the reservation and gave excellent food recommendations. We did an event package and the pricing was very reasonable for what you get. We had 2.5 hours of bowling, food, premium bar access, and shoe rental included. We had a whole lane to ourselves, #57. We pre-ordered chicken tenders, cheeseburger sliders, Caesar salad, chips and salsa, mozzarella bites, and french fries. To finish the night, we had the freshly baked and fried donuts. All of us agreed the food was good. My personal favorites were the chicken tenders, the fried confetti donuts, and the mozzarella bites. Most of the group came from far away, and by the end of the night we were already planning our next event. Everyone loved it and said they would absolutely come back. I highly recommend booking an event package here or even just reserving a lane. There is also an arcade downstairs that we did not get to try this time, but I am definitely looking forward to coming back and trying it and ordering more items from the food menu.
