I saw that she did my pathway and garage for additional also and wish she didn't do it. I didn't know I was going to see all of these imperfections after all of it. First this I noticed was the holes, I let them know after and she told me after contacting "many" concrete specialists, that the concrete wasn't "mixed well" then I started examining the whole driveway and saw even more imperfections. She told me this is the reason they take before and after pictures. I know that my driveway didn't have all these marks and holes. She argued with me back and forth and were willing to fix in their words the "micro holes". I had to defend the people who did my driveway plus myself. She wanted to have her , her husband and their concrete guy to be there and fix it. I said no because I don't have the mental capacity to go back and forth with 3 individuals against just me. I completely regret using them. I'm glad other people had better experiences. UPDATE: All pictures were after the pressure washing. All the marks are marks from the pressure washer. Alina is still trying to argue through this review. Alina was only willing to fix the holes on the driveway after I showed her more marks from the pressure washer that she left. After all the arguing, I felt uncomfortable for Alina, her husband and someone else to come by and tell me that the person who did my driveway did a bad job. Called SVM after learning this and got an appt for replacement today (Thurs). Nikitia called prior to appt & said he could come sooner and I said great. Not only was he here sooner he got the job done quickly. Our washer & dryer were side by side w/the dryer hose passing behind the washer to where it exited--when the old washer became unbalanced it had banged into hose causing the hole that were unknown to us till it was exposed when new washer was installed. As a side note, when replacing a washer or dryer do not let the installer run a dryer hose behind a washer as if it becomes unbalanced it will damage the hose creating a fire risk.

A couple of years ago I noticed the amount of energy we were supposed to be getting with our solar panels had severely decreased as our SMUD bill increased. Someone recommended getting the panels cleaned. I saw a sign for Sierra Maintenance leaving our neighborhood and decided to give them a call. After they cleaned the panels, I noticed a lower SMUD bill the next month and in the subsequent months and even to this day. They also send before and after pictures which show just how filthy the panels can get. They also cleaned our gutters this time which I didn't realize had a ton of gunk in them. Our home is two-story ~ 4k sq foot. We have about 12 panels and it was ~$200 to clean them plus another $360 to clean the gutters. Excellent company, which I will refer to others as well as use again next year.
