There were four employees behind the counter and one seemed new, we had the newer employee making our ice cream which was delayed slightly as we got fresh chocolate (delicious btw). Very kind and courteous, fairly quick, great attitude! Seemed like a late rush and all the employees were focused and on top of it. It was about an average noise level for a group of 10-15 as that's how many customers they had at the time.

After I filled up I checked the app and it showed the discount and had removed 15 visits, but didn't give me a visit for that time. Cents off doesn't do me any good after I've filled up.
