Fantastic work! He actually inspects the home and makes sure to leave nothing out. From the roof to…read morethe basement, to every nook and cranny. He also goes over everything in detail afterwards and really makes you feel comfortable. This is one inspector I will have no problem recommending!

Please take the time to review the links below because home inspectors are far from equal. We won’t be the cheapest. But if you do your research, you will see we are your best choice and best value. It takes us about 3 hours to do the tests that we do (larger homes and homes with many issues do take longer). Add another 2 hours to write the report and the drive time and we have a complete day. This is why we only do one inspection a day per inspector and prepare the report that same day unless special arrangements are made. Keep this in mind when others say they can do two, or three inspections in a day. It is your house, your money, your family. You deserve the best. We use high-end equipment on our standard inspection such as thermal imagers, moisture meters, combustion analyzers, and drones. Up Close Home Inspections offers the most thorough home inspections (complete with our 4/90 guarantee) in the entire Cleveland area. We know that there is not one other company that uses the tools that we do, provides the customer service that we do, and has as good of a reputation that we have. The synopsis of “Why Choose Us” * You, and your new home, are our only focus on your inspection day. * More equipment is used to be more definitive in our findings. * Photos prove our reviews are real. * We invite everyone to judge us. This proves our reviews are real.

We had an amazing experience with WIN Home Inspection. I put in an inquiry on Yelp! and someone…read morefrom their team got back to me within a half hour with more information on their services, pricing, and openings. I never felt like they were trying to persuade or pressure me into working with them. After comparing a few places in the area, we decided to go with WIN. Alex was AMAZING. He was early to the inspection and had already completed the majority of the exterior walk around before we even arrived. He walked up through everything, highlighting important fixes and bringing awareness to smaller (or cosmetic) fixes as well. He was kind, patient, and very very very thorough. As first time home buyers, we were extremely overwhelmed. Alex helped us to understand that no home would be perfect, but that doesn't mean that it wasn't worth it, or fixable! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

After checking reviews and talking with friends who were recent home buyers I decided to use Win…read morefor my home inspection. While I do think Brian caught a lot of things, was very helpful explaining things there, and took a lot of pictures and videos - he missed a few big things. My first day with the keys I realized the kitchen counter was not at all attached to the kitchen counter and there was a leak in the pipes underneath the kitchen sink. After living there for two days the handle to the shower faucet broke off completely - this might not have been something he could've caught but I feel like as an inspector you would typically have a better eye than the average person for things like that. Although I did think that Brian was good at explaining everything, I was just a bit disappointed to find these things immediately.
