He even called while I was booking to make sure I didn't have any questions and I actually did so he explained each option on his site and didn't try to sell me any more than what we needed! The pricing was extremely fair and reasonable. I was able to get an appointment with him for the very next morning and you can pay online, with cash, or with a check so lots of convenient options. He showed up early and began by taking pictures of the outside of the house and of the roof (with a drone, so cool and great picture quality!). He gave us an overview of what we could expect and then went over everything as we went through the inspection. He was thorough, professional, and great at explaining everything we needed to know. Later in the day we received the final report that goes over every item and is color coded based on urgency. It also includes a suggestion of who you should contact to fix each item (i.e. electrician, contractor, plumber, DIY, etc).
