While I do think Brian caught a lot of things, was very helpful explaining things there, and took a lot of pictures and videos - he missed a few big things. My first day with the keys I realized the kitchen counter was not at all attached to the kitchen counter and there was a leak in the pipes underneath the kitchen sink. Although I did think that Brian was good at explaining everything, I was just a bit disappointed to find these things immediately.
