I've recently started a kitchen renovation project and found myself a little out of my element…read more After ripping down my cabinets and soffits I was left with a bunch of giant holes in the wall and an electrical mess behind the scenes. I reached out to PICH Company on Yelp and Joe responded that he could help me out with some patch work and a new light above the sink. I'm really happy I ended up reaching out for him to come help me out. He came over and ended up running a dedicated line into my kitchen before adding a few extra outlets and a light box above the sink that I wanted. Because he's a licensed plumber, he was also able to fix a leaky gas line as well as the sink waste pipe that was quite old and leaky. The patch work turned out excellent also despite the mixed, awkward depth of plastering that he had to match up with. The work is excellent and the basic, patch work I needed turned into something even better with me having far more faith in what was previously a very dated kitchen. Thanks, Joe!

We used CHR years back to refinish most of our house and they killed it then so it was a no-brainer…read moreto reach out to them when we discovered original hardwood flooring under the nasty carpet in our bedroom. There was floor repair needed this time and honestly, I was a little nervous how they were going to handle it, but I'm a fool for even carrying that notion as they made it look like there never was a giant piece of wood slapped on the floor after shoddy duct work was performed years back and promptly hidden with carpet. It took a little bit for something to get scheduled, but it happened. I had the room ready for them when they arrive and moved out all items so they literally could get started without delay. Charlie and Gary arrived on time each morning and were ever so passionate about their work. Seriously, to see them excited about their job says so much. They are professionals at what they do and were friendly as hell too. We are more than happy with the results and the finished floor makes the room so much better. It took 2 days and, even though it was a fricking monsoon outside while they made the repairs and restored the floor, Charlie and Gary didn't miss a beat. They were able to fix the floor, sand it down, and put a few applications of stain down making the floors look amazing. They finished up on a Friday afternoon and offered to come back later in the day to install trim and the closet doors and were back as promised still in great moods. Charlie even left me with some stain and putty as I told him I was going to remove a metal transition in time and replace it with a wood one. Dude even took the time to tell me all the steps I should take to make that transition perfect and it wasn't a forced attempt - he wanted to share his knowledge. I can not tell you how rare of a quality that is where the crew is legitimately excited to do their work and marvel at the results. Made me so happy to use them again to support their venture. Owner Jesse came out a few days later to check out the results and that was that. I gave her pretty much the same feedback about the crew as I have written here, and she talked about them like they were her own blood. Sure it might have taken a minute to get on their schedule, but let's face it, there's a ton of folk out there with projects and not too many professional companies to attend immediately. I personally did not mind the wait as the outcome was perfect. Kudos to CHR for once again exceeding my expectations and taking a destroyed, abused wood floor and making it into something beautiful. Note: I was not compensated at all for this review. This comes from the heart and if you are looking to have your floors restored, you'd be a fool to not use CHR.
