Eric took us through all of the parts of our house, informed us on what we should be mindful of in the future, and overall gave us so much more than a cut and dry inspection. While we were having gas issues with the city (not an uncommon issue, so I hear), Eric came out for a second inspection to test all of our gas lines and appliances. He was flexible and professional throughout the entire inspection process. At the end, we received a report with images of all areas that were inspected as well as a list of items for the builder to fix before closing.
