Allan was very responsive throughout the entire process, and was available to discuss services with him 15 minutes after submitting. Pricing and payment was transparent and a smooth process. The inspection report was very thorough with pictures and written in terms I could understand. Allan checked items I wouldn't have even considered and made several ongoing maintenance suggestions.
