Any questions that I had leading up to my home inspection, he answered thoroughly and efficiently without hesitation. On the day of inspection, he arrived early and gave us a heads up when he was about to be done so we could head to the home to meet him. He was extremely professional and engaging as he walked us through all his findings. I appreciated his attention to detail and all the minor flaws he pointed out in the home. He taught us a lot about what he annotated and explained that all the information would be in the report he sent us later in the day.
