However, seven months later they still haven't returned to finish staining the set or deliver one of the swings included in our set. We paid them almost immediately after receiving their invoice - big mistake. Apparently once they have your money they don't care about wrapping things up. I've lost track of how many times I've called and texted them with no followup. I'll update this review if they ever come back and finish

I was not sure about learning a new instrument but ended up buying a new kit (Ludwig with Zildjian cymbals : )~ I visited 3 times before buying and never felt pressured. They just wanted to help me make a good choice based on my budget and needs. The service and sales team were great. Selection is amazing including used equipment. Prices are competitive and they have teachers available on site if you need a lesson. Nothing beats hands on experience in my view and you get it fully at 2112. Two months into my drumming and I'm very sure that I made the right decision to purchase my kit here.

I understand that people have their good days and their bad days, so it takes A LOT to get me to the point that I would write a negative review, and I do NOT do so lightly. My perception of my experience as a bride doing business with this company has led me to feel WORTHLESS as a customer. It is far less demanding to list the positives of my experience with Queen Bee than it is to list the things that caused me STRESS and DIFFICULTIES during my interaction with them- ON my wedding day, DURING my honeymoon, and AFTER I returned home. It has been absolutely AGONIZING, to say the least. As for the positive, all I can say is that their automatic payment system and automated emails letting you know of your upcoming payment and thanking you for your payment is convenient (for all involved).
