These guys were great! Like a well oiled machine, in and out fast!…read more They got back to me very fast, showed up on time and did as the said. Only issue was coming time to pay like many companies these days they want an up charge for credit cards! Some people just need to use them for big ticket iteams like this could be. Mine was not so not an issue. I'd prefer to see them figure a different way if their margins are truly that close. That was disappointing to see.

All I had to do was leave a ring of tape around the trunk where I wanted it cut down to and it was done. They came on a Wednesday morning (around 9 or 10) and were done by noon, including cleanup. My house is now visible, the entire street looks brighter and cleaner, and I don't have to rake up pine needles every weekend to keep my lawn alive. The only weird thing about these folks is that their address online and on their quote page didn't match up, so I hope we sent a check to the right place..

Adam & Jonathan were very professional, timely, and took the time to describe exactly what their process is. They were experts and finished early after stump grinding & cleaning up thoroughly.

The crew was on time I was at work when they started but when I left early to get home they already had the tree cut down and one pruned, 4. Even asked me about some of the limbs and cut a few more off I pointed out need done or taken back more. 5. Very conscious of what needed to be done and if not sure were not afraid to ask. Very car full to ensure that nothing fell on the house, respectful of the neighbors seeing most of the cutting was to trim their trees back away from my house. The clean up was great yard even looked better, than it did before, very professional in there work and ethics. I would hire them again because they did such a great job in both the cutting and clean up. Kind of fell bad that don't have any more work for them. You can bet when the time comes I need tree trimming they are who I will call again. Curtis and Jessica even took time to talk to the neighbor to let them know what will be done how it will affect their trees and the proper way to trim the tree not just cut at the fence line. SO to recap great work, wonderful clean up, fantastic crew nice polite, would hire again

I would not recommend this company. They require a large upfront deposit, make you wait for weeks,…read moreand then do not show up. I gave up after they canceled three times and did not get my deposit back for three weeks. I made the mistake of calling them two months ago. They made an appointment to come out and look at the tree that needed trimming, but they showed up early, so I did not have the opportunity to speak with anyone. I received a bid that was higher than others, but I wanted a quality job so I went with them. Don't be fooled by the professional website. They try to upsell you on other services. Okay, I paid the deposit and then waited... a week later they contacted me and told me when they would come out for the service. I made arrangements with the tenants, then they rescheduled due to heat and smoke. Understandable. We set another date; I notified the tenants, and they canceled again. Then somebody called me and said that they could do it on Sunday. On Monday, they said they couldn't do the job, but would stop by with a pole trimmer. At that point, I asked about the refund policy. Without further conversation, I got a text saying my refund had been processed. Two weeks later, I called to ask about the refund. More runaround, then I got an email stating it was being processed by their corporate office in New York. I did receive it after about three weeks. In the meantime, I called an actual local company, Priceless Tree Care. They showed up on time, were very knowledgeable, charged no upfront deposit, and did a great job. Don't waste your time with Savatree.
