The gal who booked my estimate appointment was pleasant, as was Jessica the two times she called to say she was running late. Friday at 3pm, I understand running late. Monday at 9am is more difficult to understand, especially when the estimator is running nearly 30 minutes late but said they live in the neighborhood. Arborman Tree Care service is outstanding. The three-man crew had its work cut out for them. Literately and figuratively. Malachi took the lead and directed team members to take care of business and they did. We had two giant willows that required a great deal of trimming and even more in the way of removal. They teamed up and worked very well together. Their experience showed early on, and they used all of the necessary safety equipment to keep themselves safe and me as a homeowner comfortable knowing they abided by safety rules. I have no idea how they treat their employees so can no respond to Chas. 1. They were on time to provide a bid on the work 2. Bid was fare 3. The crew was on time I was at work when they started but when I left early to get home they already had the tree cut down and one pruned, 4. Even asked me about some of the limbs and cut a few more off I pointed out need done or taken back more. 5. Very conscious of what needed to be done and if not sure were not afraid to ask. Very car full to ensure that nothing fell on the house, respectful of the neighbors seeing most of the cutting was to trim their trees back away from my house. The clean up was great yard even looked better, than it did before, very professional in there work and ethics. I would hire them again because they did such a great job in both the cutting and clean up. Kind of fell bad that don't have any more work for them. You can bet when the time comes I need tree trimming they are who I will call again. Curtis and Jessica even took time to talk to the neighbor to let them know what will be done how it will affect their trees and the proper way to trim the tree not just cut at the fence line. These guys are fantastic! Jessica came out and was clearly extremely knowledgeable! She was committed to my hope to keep as many trees as possible while also honest about the ones that were too far gone or very dangerous to keep on the property (maples that come down more easily in high winds). They trimmed my 6 16-year-old cottonwoods wonderfully and the clean up was immaculate. They communicated with me throughout the day and also educated me along the way. They were great!! read more

Arborman Tree Care is an awesome company. Their prices are very comparable if not better and they really know what they are doing. A complete large ash tree removable was completed very professionally and without problems. It was a difficult tree, full of bugs and bores and covering three back yards. Zach was able to keep 95 % downed in the owners yard and not much of the tree was in their yard. All the men doing the project were very cautious and professional. this is a TERRIBLE company to work with. They tell you everything you want to hear and its a completely different situation with they come and do the work. We had trees that were that were uneven cropped (for the view) and one tree that was so completely chopped up that left me crying. The owner came and looked at the work and said that he would come back and fix the terrible work never showed up. They also left so much mess that we had to do the cleanup ourselves. Never hire this company. I will also be writing the BBB company and filling out a complaint. read more
