I had them fix my laptop and they fixed it wrong which caused my screen to break and when I called them they told me I broke the screen and they can't do anything about it. So it was better for me not to bring the laptop because my screen would not have broken due to them fixing the laptop incorrectly. I asked to speak to a manager and they refused to give me a contact for a manager. I will make sure everyone knows how horrible this place is and to never use them for any repair. They do not repair anything correctly and then will blame you when it breaks again.

They couldn't find a problem with it, so Jason, the owner brought the turntable to my house and set it up on my system so he could hear what I was hearing. While he was there, he also wired up the banana plugs I had purchased for my speaker wire because I didn't have the tiny screwdriver necessary. I mean- who does house calls in 2026? They did! There are a few technicians out there today who know how to work on vintage equipment. I highly recommend electronic laboratory for anybody who needs repairs not only to vintage equipment but to modern systems. They are, as always, very busy. You'll drop off your equipment after checking it in for an evaluation. They have a price schedule for diagnostics, which is fair.
