There are only 2 things to order here: the cold seafood platter, or the hot seafood platter. Ignore everything else on the menu. I opted for the cold seafood platter which included local oysters, a pile of smoked salmon and an unbelievable number of langoustines -- at least half a dozen. We were told one of the waitresses' father catches them. They were so fresh and sweet. Truly one of the best seafood meals I have ever eaten (except there were so many of them it took a really, really long time to finish.) Oh, and all this for about US$25...the same thing would've been $75 AT LEAST in New York and no way would it have been as fresh. There's also a good wine list and great views of the Loch from the dining room. So be sure to come for sunset (which in the summer is at about 10-11 p.m. so you don't have to rush.) read more
