I drove 3 and a half hours to get there and immediately I could tell my happiness truly was their priority and they care about their customers. The other two associates were also incredibly friendly and helpful when walking me through the actual buying process. They made sure I was all set before making my drive home by making sure I had a full sized spare tire, when I brought up my concern that there was no front license plate mount they instantly took action to make sure it was fixed for me, and a full tank of gas! I went home with an amazing car and an even better experience. Thank you so much!

I had just left my purse (and phone) in the car and she kept insisting that I must get this done. I told her IF it's required service, I guess I have to do it. She told me it would be about 1-1.5 hours. I then found my car and got my purse and started checking for required maintenance. Nowhere in the handbook or on the website did Toyota state that an engine flush was required service. I tried to reach my adviser who was nowhere to be found. After 2.5 hours, I went to find my advisor. Unable to do so, I found someone who was willing to stop his conversation long enough to tell me it was in the service bay but hadn't been assigned anyone yet. I called Toyota about the engine flush. They said it's not a required service. They attempted to reach the service department and were unable to. After almost 5 hours, my car was ready. 5 hours! And they didn't even do the tire rotation because the service adviser said I didn't need one! She never even saw my car. Tire rotation is required. I was charged for an unnecessary service, couldn't reach the Service Manager and wasted my day at Priority. I followed up with a letter to the Service manager - no reply. I followed up with a letter to the President - no reply. Customer service at the Priority Service Department is horrible. Even worse, the Service manager and the President/CEO of Priority couldn't care less.

I called during the week and made an appointment for an oil change for today at 8:20 am and at no point was I told that it was first come first serve. I was told to show up at 820 and would my car would be taken in at 820. I showed up 10 minutes early and was told point blank by a service rep that appointments don't matter here and it's first come first serve and it's going to be a minimum of 3 hours wait time. I literally was shocked. The woman told me to come back later and we may be able to get you in or come back during the week and try again but don't make an appointment because again APPOINTMENTS DON'T MATTER. I woke up early to get here today and ended up waiting for 3 hours for an oil change because I had plans after and couldn't come back later and have work during the week and can't make it during the time service is open. I bought my car here so I get the free oil changes but honestly, I'm going to be going somewhere else from now on and spend the money for an oil change because this is ridiculous and it's not the first time it's happened either. I've had appointments for a few different reasons here and I literally have to wait a couple of hours each time. Being told that appointments don't even matter is such bad customer service. Why even offer appointments? I understand having to wait a little but 3 hours? It's insane. The customer service has definitely gone way down hill here.

If you know cars, then you know that it's fairly difficult to find a newer one with manual transmission let alone a luxury make such as an Audi. I came across the one I purchased on OfferUp and it matched everything I was looking for. Sono posted it right before the weekend and they were closed so I made it a priority to come first thing on Monday morning. When I arrived, Jessica (the rep at front desk) was kind and quick to let me take it for a spin. Im giving 2 stars because I paid well over value for this car which I regret now because this car has been a complete nightmare. Since purchase in September of 2020 I have had to replace the MMI system ($4200), replace the radio ($1100), replace the clutch/clutch master cylinder/slave cylinder ($4500). For all this, I could have bought a new Audi and pretty much paid half of it in cash. Take this as a very serious warning... DON'T BUY HERE!!! I've purchased a lot of vehicles, new and used, in my life and I take the same approach most times...We're buying in the next 48 to 72 hours, I want your best quote out the door, I will provide one feedback if you follow-up, and then I make my decision. In this case here, although I directed my inquiry to the General Manager or the New Car Sales Manager, I apparently received a message from one of the salesman with a quote. He then quickly followed up the same day wanting to know where he stood. I am not putting his name here but I do have it in my records. I let him know that, at that time, he was the highest priced. The highest dealer processing fee, the smallest discount on the car, and I let him know the lower out the door price I had from other dealers. As is unfortunately common, rather than trying to compete, I received a snarky response that if other dealers are "bleeding" money and taking a loss, they can have the deal. Oh, and they are "selling the car at invoice." Don't you love that one that they always pull out? I just love it when car salesmen insult the prices other dealers are doing. Gee, I guess these dealerships that have been in business in some cases longer than the salesman has even been an adult, but I'm to believe they don't know what they are doing. I wrote back and asked if he wanted to check with his GM before making a final decision. From there, we go down hill. He says he would not waste his GM's time with a ridiculous offer, and he then started insulting me stating they don't change the price of the cars to fit my budget and clearly I can't afford this new car and I should look at used cars. He then proceeded to send me links to used cars and older model years. Keep in mind, of the 8 dealerships I approached, 4 of them agreed to match the lowest offer I had received. Matching of course doesn't do me one bit of good. I'm always puzzled why a dealership thinks "Matching" an offer gets them something. If anything, the dealer that gave me the lowest number the first time should be rewarded for doing it. When you can't or won't, you just insult the other dealers and apparently the customer as well. In any event, according to the salesman here, all those other dealers are idiots and don't know how to run a business. I wonder if the GM at this dealership would have wanted a chance to make a deal. I wrote a check for the 2026 new Infiniti we were looking for earlier this week to another dealership for $68,350. Apparently I was supposed to pay about $2,000 more to this dealer because, well, they don't drop their prices and would rather insult me and claim I can't afford the car. Ha!

I was honestly a little nervous that the experience here in Virginia wouldn't measure up. Thanks to Brendan's professionalism, communication, and attentiveness, my worries were completely put at ease. Yelp Review for Priority Acura - Chesapeake, VA…read more I expected better from Priority Acura, but my recent experience left me extremely disappointed. My wife and I were interested in purchasing a 2017 Audi Q7, and our original sales rep was actually a family member. Since he was new, his sales manager took over negotiations. That's when things started to go downhill. First, the sales manager had me sign a Carfax report that stated the vehicle had not been in an accident. However, after doing my own research through the National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB), I found out the car had actually been in two accidents. This was a major red flag. Next, during our discussions, I noticed an issue with the headlamp. I made sure to tell my family member (the sales rep) to remember that the light was coming on during the test drive. When he brought it up to his sales manager, the concern was completely dismissed as just a "fully fictional light." The manager claimed the vehicle had passed their so-called 100-point inspection, but clearly, that inspection was subpar. The report even stated that the right turn light was not functional, yet it was working fine. So, what exactly did they check? What made things worse was the fact that the sales manager knew about the headlamp issue all along but deliberately withheld that information from us. When I confronted him, he admitted that his boss had reminded him to tell us about the problem before we left. When were you planning to tell us? That's when he finally revealed the cost to fix it--$7,000! And, of course, the dealership wasn't willing to cover it. Who sells a used car at full price, claims it passed a thorough inspection, and then hides a major $7,000 issue from the buyer? This was clearly a dishonest sales tactic--they only cared about making the sale, not about the customer. What makes this experience even more disappointing is that Priority Acura used to have a solid reputation under its previous ownership. I found out the last owner, "Church," is no longer there, and I know this would have never happened on his watch. The lack of accountability from the sales manager was appalling. Instead of owning up to his mistakes, he just brushed everything off. I was genuinely interested in purchasing this vehicle, but I refuse to do business with a dealership that operates like this. I also worry about my family member (the new sales rep) learning from a mentor who engages in these bad industry practices. This is not how you build trust with customers. The most painful part? We had an entire conversation about the Black experience, yet I feel like I was taken advantage of by someone who shares my heritage. That really stings. Buyer beware--Priority Acura does NOT prioritize honesty or transparency. Sales manager name is Rich. He only cares about his name
