The owner,…read moreJohn Gabriel, worked with me when I explained I had a horrible experience with a previous dealership where I drove 3 hours away and I made an appointment and they sold the car to someone else while I was test driving it, and he promised to work with me to make sure I don't have a similar experience and he really did make it happen. I drove 3 and a half hours to get there and immediately I could tell my happiness truly was their priority and they care about their customers. The other two associates were also incredibly friendly and helpful when walking me through the actual buying process. They made sure I was all set before making my drive home by making sure I had a full sized spare tire, when I brought up my concern that there was no front license plate mount they instantly took action to make sure it was fixed for me, and a full tank of gas! I went home with an amazing car and an even better experience. Thank you so much!

She, and from what my family members confirm is a trusted Service Department, are why you should consider purchasing from Priority Toyota. Ellie is a remarkable young professional at this dealership. She is knowledgeable and will work with you regarding financial manipulations, warranty packages, and a variety of other incentives. Salesman Dylan is new to the profession, but he is honest and has the drive to succeed. His integrity stems from previous military service. I believe Toyota buyers bank on brand reliability. Thus, the decision regarding where to purchase is related to variables that don't all have tangible metrics. Price points between dealerships won't vary too much in a geographic area. Consider what business model they use for sales? How customer oriented are their policies (e.g., state inspections, oil changes, detailing, etc.) Priority Toyota is worth my time and money. I recommend you give them a chance. And ask for Dylan and Ellie.

Over the phone, he broke down all the findings in a way that was easy to understand--what it meant, what needed attention, and what the costs would look like. He was also quick to respond to texts, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Really appreciate the level of service. I'll definitely be going back to Russ and his team moving forward.

I called during the week and made an appointment for an oil change for today at 8:20 am and at no point was I told that it was first come first serve. I was told to show up at 820 and would my car would be taken in at 820. I showed up 10 minutes early and was told point blank by a service rep that appointments don't matter here and it's first come first serve and it's going to be a minimum of 3 hours wait time. I literally was shocked. The woman told me to come back later and we may be able to get you in or come back during the week and try again but don't make an appointment because again APPOINTMENTS DON'T MATTER. I woke up early to get here today and ended up waiting for 3 hours for an oil change because I had plans after and couldn't come back later and have work during the week and can't make it during the time service is open. I bought my car here so I get the free oil changes but honestly, I'm going to be going somewhere else from now on and spend the money for an oil change because this is ridiculous and it's not the first time it's happened either. I've had appointments for a few different reasons here and I literally have to wait a couple of hours each time. Being told that appointments don't even matter is such bad customer service. Why even offer appointments? I understand having to wait a little but 3 hours? It's insane. The customer service has definitely gone way down hill here.

DON'T BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER!!!…read more I was in the market for a used Audi Quattro and wanted a manual. If you know cars, then you know that it's fairly difficult to find a newer one with manual transmission let alone a luxury make such as an Audi. I came across the one I purchased on OfferUp and it matched everything I was looking for. Sono posted it right before the weekend and they were closed so I made it a priority to come first thing on Monday morning. When I arrived, Jessica (the rep at front desk) was kind and quick to let me take it for a spin. Im giving 2 stars because I paid well over value for this car which I regret now because this car has been a complete nightmare. Since purchase in September of 2020 I have had to replace the MMI system ($4200), replace the radio ($1100), replace the clutch/clutch master cylinder/slave cylinder ($4500). For all this, I could have bought a new Audi and pretty much paid half of it in cash. Take this as a very serious warning... DON'T BUY HERE!!! These cars are junk and they most likely get them for dirt cheap and then sell the polished turd for more than a fair profit.

They worked with me since I am a nurse and couldnt get in to see the car for a couple days because of work (working the hours they are open) and allowed my father to test drive the car and put a deposit down to hold it since we were sure it would sell quickly. When I went to test drive it myself everyone was very kind and professional. The manager and sales associate were both very helpful and made sure I was comfortable with everything when completing the sale. They even took care of all the dmv stuff for me which was so convenient and helpful. They sold me a solid car for a fair price and made the process seamless. Couldn't really ask for more. My service advisor, Brendan, provided excellent customer service from start to finish. This was my first time visiting this location since I originally purchased my vehicle from Vandergriff Acura, where I also received outstanding service. I was honestly a little nervous that the experience here in Virginia wouldn't measure up. Thanks to Brendan's professionalism, communication, and attentiveness, my worries were completely put at ease. He made the entire process smooth and pleasant, and I truly appreciated how well I was taken care of. Because of this experience, I will definitely continue getting my vehicle serviced at Priority Acura in Chesapeake. Great customer service makes all the difference!

I brought my vehicle in for a rear subframe recall and trusted that the work would be completed…read moresafely and according to manufacturer specifications. Unfortunately, after the repair was completed, I discovered multiple bolts and nuts were only hand-tightened and had not been torqued to the required specifications. Considering this involves critical suspension and subframe components, this was a serious safety concern. Because I no longer had confidence in the quality of the work performed, I chose to take the vehicle to another shop and pay to have the repair inspected and corrected properly rather than return it to the facility that performed the original work. Mistakes happen, but leaving safety-related components loose after a recall repair is unacceptable. A basic quality-control inspection should have caught this before the vehicle was released. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves its workmanship and inspection process before someone gets hurt.
