Took my son Shopping here and was very impressed with the Customer Service here and the Quality of Clothing. Their Sweatpants and Hoodies were much Softer than the other Stores we had Shopped in. Their Prices were Better too! All of the Staff was Friendly and helpful. Jazmin was the one that helped my Son the most and it's her the store should thank for their sale. We were torn between 2 items because my Son was on a budget. We were considering going back to a previous store which had similar items but on sale. Jazmin Mentioned that they had a 10$ off coupon for joining their club on the APP. Me and my son Signed up and we were able to get both items with 10$ off. My Son is Very happy with his Hoodie and Sweatpants. I am happy because I didn't have to spend as much and he has good quality and Trendy Clothes. read more

I love this store so much. They always have great sales on stuff I love. Also I feel like they have a wide selection of stuff from tight clothing to loose fitting. They are a bit pricey but I think that's just because of the material and the good quality fabric that is being used. The workers are friendly and always offer to help with anything you're looking for. If you want even more selection look online they also have lots of good stuff. Overall I would totally go here every day if I could. And you should try it out. read more

I've never had a bad experience here, but today I had to return an item I had shipped to the store and Emma did an excellent job! Not only was she helpful but she also informed me about new price-matching and return/exchange policies :) read more

I love the store so much. I always find cute clothes and they are the only ones that have the low rise boot cut jeans that I love. If you sign up for their club, you can get $10 off instantly. They also have great sales going on all the time. Have some fun at the mall while you were at it because it's right in the middle of everything. read more

Very poor and unprofessional management. Was told by associate and manager that I can't return something unless it was within 30 days of order date, rather than delivery date, which conflicts with what's online. Even after showing them they stuck to their guns, bad experience all around. read more

Hollister - Men's Clothing Near Me - San Diego, California

Unfortunately this location continues to lack efficient customer service. Manager "Leon" needs some training with customer service and troubleshooting as opposed to only responding " I'm the only Manager here, and I can't help you." I shouldn't have to call the customer service line to get help with a return - with receipt in hand. Highly recommended avoiding this location and driving the distance to the UTC store - or if you must come here, call the customer service line - they were quick & happy to help. read more

Love the store sales people nice and great options . Nice to have stuff in style with the world

Terrible service from the workers and managment. Store is always messy and dirty. Clothing is always on the floor and there is too much socializing among the workers and their friends. read more

There are many unique and stylish fashions that are here in San Diego the many ones that can be described as the best and there are some that are the greatest in casual the many styles that you may want are the return of the the Levi 501 and the cool shorts . The many clothing stores that are here have so many things the many that are from the 60s 70s 80s 90s the years that the age of music was the best and the many years that rock and roll were just coming to the main stream . The one store that I'm describing the great store of Hollister the one store that have those fashions that there are many for the adults and the younger that has been the main focus of the many clothing styles that Hollister has created for this generation . The many stores that have the great colors there is no change in the designs and the many fashions of the ladies and men's have no real change . So many clothing fashions you may find at Hollister the ones that can be found in the weekend beach trips if you look at adults clothing you may find those many fashions that are from Hollister that are larger size . When I had gone to the store it was somewhat a slow day yet there was allot more female if you take a look at the customers you will find more female customers that are the bigger shoppers of the Hollister Brand that has been seen in many brands and the many swimsuits . The store location can be described as one the many store displays that you see when you enter makes the store floor look like a regular house and the walls of the stores are white book shelves . The interior of the store can be described as one of the best places that I have seen many times in the past the many other Hollister locations that you couldn't get near due to their cologne device that sprayed very strong . Customer service at the store is one of the best and with the great sales they have in the store and the great clearance area in the back room you can find many things that were 30 and 40 dollars you can find marked down to the low amounts of 10 and 15.00 dollars . The many makers they have there the ones that you like to wear on sailing boats and the many you wear on the slopes because ski fashions are hard to find .The size of the store and the many fashions they have there you can find both men and women fashions and the many colognes and body sprays they have are some of the best . The many times that I have been to regular clothing stores that I see managers in meetings I see managers at Hollister they are out on the floor they are backing up their workers helping in the sales and the areas of customers service . Hollister is that kind of store that anyone can come back to because when you have managers that make themselves present on the floor to help out and the many students that I had seen their is one of the greatest tools for them all . The many shirts and the graphic Ts are some of the best that I had purchased that will be used for my Vegas trip reviews and the many other places that I have reviewed . As a reviewer the great customer service and the many well done displays that are well put together keep up the great work because this store location has the potential to put together a fashion show . read more

Humiliating experience, so I bought double the items online because I didn't know what size I was. A day after I received them (today), I went to the store to return the sizes that didn't fit and they had me waste my time because they said the items had already been refunded accusing me. The lady called the customer service and they refunded my money after wasting my time. I'm so upset my time was wasted and the embarrassing moment I went through. Never buying from here again, store of online. Please fix your system. read more

Personally, I love the quality of the clothing at Hollister, but I will never pay full price because I can't fathom the idea of paying more than $30 for such little fabric. Good news is that they always have a lot of sales, and a ton of options to choose from. It is indeed very difficult to find someone to help you, and the dressing rooms are a disaster, because they're either long lines, or locked and no employee there to unlock it for you. And its very compact in here, very small walkways and pathways, and traffic and getting stuck in corners, when its busy. Overall, I come by from time to time. read more

I had gone in and i was speaking to a nice employee on the Jean sales. Her boss had walked up and I think I heard his name was Alex and he just completely cut me off and was rude to his employee. He had stood right in front between me and her while I was talking to her. Great store terrible boss!!! read more

I'm giving this place a generous 2 stars because the clothes are neatly folded and organized. However, they really, REALLY need to fix their dressing room situation, as I see many other dissatisfied reviews about them. My friend wanted to try on two pairs of shorts, but all the dressing rooms were occupied or locked, so he proceeded to ask a worker there by the name of Sophie for assistance. I have to assume that she went to the computer and buzzed someone else to help him with the rooms because she didn't say a word to us and brushed past us very rudely to do that. It's not too difficult to explain to a customer that someone will be here to help us shortly. It was obvious that she does not enjoy her job, or attending to others' needs. My friend bought the shorts anyway because they were way nicer than her personality. read more

Super cozy clothes...but does the music have to be that loud? And why is there only one cashier and 6 people folding shirts? No matter how big the line gets? read more

Normally the service here is great. Today I came to make an exchange and bought 2 more jeans.. the skinny girl at the cash register with short hair was not helpful at all (cashier number 02329577). I had a stapled receipt from previous purchases, and she did not want to look at the receipt at all! She's scans the first receipt and tells me she can't find the items I'm exchanging for on the receipt. At least have the decency to look through the three receipts before telling me it's not in the system! So I told her to scan the last receipt, which if she has looked at the receipt thoroughly she would see that item is being shipped to my home address. She again tells me, she cannot find the receipt to exchange the items. I had to ask her for the receipts back and complete her job of looking through them to find the right one. Honestly, if you're at the front Register have a better attitude when assisting customers!! Happy holidays and don't let their attitudes ruin the day or the holidays! read more

Pretty good. The employees have assisted every time i needed a room, size, check in inventory, returns, etc. It's nice to just have this location here even though I've never been a huge fan of Hollister. The quality is medium and I personally need to try it all on and touch it all since it's not consistent from my experience. When I find something good, it's usually really good. If it's just ok, it's really just ok. Doesn't hurt to browse every now and then! read more

So bad experience. I bought some pieces by online and I had to wait for their email for pickup from store between 3 to 5 business day. After times and times tell, chat and talked with cashier in store, finally after 12 days, they said sorry your order lost in store and if you need your money we can refund it. OMG no I need my order . Ok so pls wait 3 to 5 business days again. One week later -totally 20 days- they send email to picked up the order, but why only 2 pieces, sorry the third one was out of stock and we refund your money for this one. Thx Hollister you're one of the worst store I have ever seen. read more

I'm not too happy with my experience here at Hollister. I have found some awesome outfits on line that I have had no problem with, but actually going into the store was next to a nightmare. My goal was to buy a summer dress for a friends casual wedding coming up. I thought I found one that I liked a lot, but their lighting is so off the wall that when I got home in natural light I looked like a bright yellow daffodil. True story. I attempted to take it back less than any hour after I bought it (mind you it was $180) and was denied a refund. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they pretty much told me that they were the highest in the chain of command, and I was pretty much out of luck. I ended up going to Abercrombie and finding an awesome dress that was 10 times cuter and half the price. Givin the fact that Hollister went out of their way to grossly overcharge, and in my opinion falsely advertise the look of their clothing due to poor light structure, I should have been entitled to a refund. Needless to say I will order from Hollister online, and that is the only reason they received 2 stars. But as for going into the store, well, I hope you take my advice on this yelp! read more

Too dark, music is too loud, and employees need to be a little more professional even though I know they're supposed to be "surfer, laid back chic". One employee said WHAT'S UP...reminded me of Sacha Baron Cohen's character Bruno. Yuck. read more

I looove hollister. I have seven pairs of jeans from here and they're sooooo cute. Don't understand why people don't like this place, the clothes are so cute and not all too expensive. One of my favorites. Will continue to shop here for years to come and you should too. Thank You. read more

One star above A&F but thats not saying much. At least in here there are some stuff that I do like and would purchase but I hate the fact that so much of their clothing has their huge logo on it. I dont want a t shirt with 4 inch letters spelling out the name brand of what Im wearing. read more

I have shopped at Hollister at almost every mall in every city I have been to. I walked in to an empty store. Meaning no clients and no associates to be found. After having to rummage through clothes like I were at a swap meet. Because the apparel was a mess. Sizes all mixed and different prices on same items. I ventured back past the registers to find the jeans that I came in for. An associate walked right past me. Looked me right in the face and then continued to walk without so much as a hello, kiss my a@" nothing. Find out the jeans are all buy 1 get 1 50% off. Score!!! But again all of them are a mess. I see the clearance on the wall. Thought again score!!!! But sizes all a mess. Found a few pair of jeans I came for and 3 jackets on clearance I have been in the store 45 to an hour by now. Walked around to find someone to ring me up. Could have just walked out with it all but kept searching for someone to take my money Found 2 girls. 1 of them was the one that ignored me earlier. I asked if someone could ring me up the other girl said sure she could. I then told her I had been through the store for almost an hour and no one. She said it's better to come on the weekend there are more people to help. She began to ring me up and low and behold all 3 jackets were not clearance price where I found them. I said forget it all. Sell me a gift card for my valentine. We will be using it at another location for sure. read more

DARK, annoying spotlights and music. As others said, you could barely see sales (?) people in the corners, hiding, folding things. No help from them, even as I embarrassed my niece by asking aloud if we could get some help. When it came time to check out, the sales girl needed to change the "paper" in the machine. She then proceeded to roll each of the 3 shirts and little jacket we purchased into a ball and stuff them into a small bag. I asked why she didn't fold them..."OH? You would like them folded? We don't do that here because of the long lines. We don't want to hold people up by folding items." Looked behind me. Not a soul in sight. Told her, yes, would want them folded so helped her with the task. Some cute stuff in there, but lame employees and terrible lighting and music. read more

Clearance plus summer sale meant I got my regular priced 34.99 sweater for 10.94! I only buy Hollister items on sale, and their clothing has better quality than other fast fashion stores like forever21. Since the pricing is always a little high for me, I recommend going during their sales or just walking straight to the clearance area. I've always found steals back there :) read more

I walked in the store no one greeted me which is normal for this store. Employees walking everywhere which I guess it's normal and when u need help you don't know who to ask for help. Employees dressed just like any other customer or even worst some dressed like if they would actually be going to the beach. I understand this is a store that selling bathing suits and shorts etc. But wearing a tub top is just too much that definitely should not be allowed. It looks so unprofessional they should wear a name tag as well so customers can distinguish employees from customers. Employees here should also have some respect towards customer and not be as rude as they are allowed. The rudest employee their was a Latina short female with light brown curly hair. I left from this store extremely disappointed and over charged. read more

Worst costumer service. Valentine or what ever his name is, he's beyond rude. Explaining the coupon to us made no sense. Top it off leaving our sensors on is in called for! I mean they've been on the merchandise forever, take them off. It's easy. Oh yeah and while we walked back out after they removed them, another one of the costumers who he helped right after us had his sensors left on as well. Get it together pal. read more

I'm a royal customer. I was here just couple minutes ago trying to buy swimwear. When I tried to check out my stuffs, there was two girls reading some kind of paper work. When one of them saw me, the person only say "she'll be here in a minute," AND SHE did not bother to find the other girl. Minutes later, I was still hearing the girl, who later checked out my stuffs, talking with her coworker. I was not very pleased with how she acted during and after she checked out my stuff. I did not feel welcomed here. read more

The grand opening of this store just happened a few days ago; every where I look I seem to find people toting around these little bags, so I went in today to see what all the fuss was about. I was almost knocked over by the eight bottles of spray they put around the store, but once I got past that, I found the selection to be pretty well above the one out in Parkway Plaza. Props to them for the Huntington Beach live surf report on their gigantic TVs. The store was exceptionally clean, and it is beyond me how they keep everything folded so perfect even with the public coming through and ruining displays. The employees overall were very helpful, the fitting room took quite a while, but there was only three rooms available, so I'll give them a break. The only thing I was not too excited about was the horrible screechy emo bands singing at a volume far more than any human ear should ever have to bear. Turn it down a little Hollister. But, great stuff overall. read more

Hollister pisses me off. I went once, sarcastically, to look at at all the preppy clothes, and then went back, pride in check, trying to find some preppy clothes. I couldn't see very much, it is so dark, and I found two things to try on, but neither was at all interesting or flattering. For preppy stuff, I will now stick to abercrombie, and for everything else, my true love, Nordstrom! read more

love this company and the clothes. most of the hollisters you go to will have the same clothes, same price, and the same atmosphere. so i'm not gonna say anything negative about the company itself but the customer service here is absolutely terrible. i used to work for abercrombie and fitch back in my hometown and we never treated people with such disregard like they do. my staff was really funny, outgoing, and relaxed. it's true that abercrombie and fitch will only hire people who 'look the part' but that doesn't mean you can treat people like they are beneath you. the staff at fashion valley are never helpful. i stood in line for a good twenty minutes before someone realized i was standing there. there were two other people in front of me. one of which was my friend. after the cashier rang her up, she looked at us both and said 'okay, you guys have a good night' and walked away. HELLO? I'M STILL STANDING HERE WITH CLOTHES IN MY HANDS. they are super unorganized. clothes were EVERYWHERE. i get that working in retail can be stressful but that doesn't mean you can walk around like your head is cut off trying to get things done. this was completely unacceptable customer service. read more
